Maybe it's just me, but I like starting a monthly challenge on the first day of the month.
but really, who cares. I'M IN!!!!

I'm in! I am heavier, just starting and on the atkins, so for the first month I expect (and hope) to lose kind of rapidly.

Let's continue with month number 14 of my science experiment!

August 3: {pace = 234.0} =

Sitting at 233.5 this morning, though I expect that to hold for a bit as it's a little lower than it probably should be.

Excited that I should be dropping under 230 this month.
 
I'm in. Got off track the last couple months, but am nicely on track again so I'm hoping to have a good go! Would love to get down to 138. That's about 3 pounds which is a bit of a lofty goal for me but I'm hoping I'm still coming down off of some water weight!

Yay, so I lost 1.6 pounds since last week so my starting weight is lower than I thought. I'm gonna readjust my goal to be at 137 for my goal, which is what I weighed a couple months back. Crossing fingers as I have multiple horse shows this month!

Edit:: I'm not setting targets though as I've just started, the first month I think they may just fall off? Once the first 10 kgs are gone I will set weekly targets.

Yeah, basically just pick a 'weigh-in' day for yourself, and update your sheet on that day, that's all :)

This was tough to post. I want to be in denial.... I cheated but I wasn't expecting to see such an increase on the scale. Hopefully it will go back down fast... still keeping goals the same!
