since the last challenge was such a hit, let's do it again this month..

This is a challenge for feb to loose 2lb a week each

Dont worry if you dont make it, but give it a shot and see if you can loose 8lb in a month, maybe more!

Copy and paste the following to a new post - and good luck :) (if you're part of the 8 week challenge and want to change your weigh in day to Friday - that's fine too - just edit the dates accordingly)

I was looking for a weight loss buddy and saw your forum. I would like to join your March challenge. I need motivation badly. I am power walking one mile a day and using my elliptical machine for 15 minutes a day. I want to lose about 70 pounds and it is coming off really slow.

Hello! I'd like to join the challenge. I'd like to shift a big percentage of my weight left to lose, not sure that I'll make 2lbs a week but I'm going to give it a shot if you don't mind! :D

1st Mar= 134lbs
8 Mar = 132.5lbs
15 mar = 131.5lbs
22 mar = 132.5lbs thanks a lot aunt flow :(
28 mar = 132.5lbs not sure what's going on here!

Finish Weight = 132.5lbs
Total Lost in Mar = 1.5lbs - hmmmm, not quite the 10 I had hoped for!!! Roll on April :)
