Hello everyone!!!!!!!
I know I've been MIA this past week. I finished my day job and don't go on the computer nearly as often as I used to. My weekend was terrible. It was a neverending buffet of BBQ and snacks and food and food and food. For some reason I just didn't care. I hadn't been working out, I had a shitty August, and I knew things would be better Sept 2... so I binged all weekend. I'm happy to say that this week I've worked out twice already which is more than I have in the past two weeks.
I'm gonna bring it on this month!!

My very possible target is 130, but my almost unacheivable goal is 127.
