Here, albeit late. Been crazy getting back in schedules for school, picking up full time hours, and all the other extra curricular activies that have started up.

Yarmi, I'm with you. It's a mixed blessing, the kids going back to school. Regular schedules and such, but saying good by to all that summer fun. I know that your September is going to be as productive as your August, though. :hurray:

In the june challange i lost 9lbs
in the july challange i lost 9lbs

I know I've been MIA this past week. I finished my day job and don't go on the computer nearly as often as I used to. My weekend was terrible. It was a neverending buffet of BBQ and snacks and food and food and food. For some reason I just didn't care. I hadn't been working out, I had a shitty August, and I knew things would be better Sept 2... so I binged all weekend. I'm happy to say that this week I've worked out twice already which is more than I have in the past two weeks.

I'm gonna bring it on this month!!

Sept 1: 139.0 (Super high from the bad eats.)
Sept 8:
Sept 15:
Sept 22:
Sept 29:
Sept 30:

My very possible target is 130, but my almost unacheivable goal is 127.

Back to the grind all!!!!!! WOOHOOOOO!!!

Amanda, 130 is very possible for you. School is starting, the lab job is over, and your starting weight is higher then it really is, so you'll get a good bump down this week.

What is your plan for the week workout wise? More importantly, what are you going to do this weekend?
 
When and what are we going to wager on this month?

Dad always said only bet on your own abilities; never bet on another person's abilities unless you are willing to lose. If a person says that they can walk through a wall, they are not putting up their money unless they know they can do it. If a person says that they can lose 20 pounds this month, I'm not betting against him.

That being said, if there was something I wouldn't mind losing, then that might be a good motivation. Any suggestions? :reddevil:
 
By the way, I ran 4 miles tonight. My plan is to get up to 6 miles by the end of this month. :waving:
 
Im in :) I really need the motivation right now lol...im at 171 as of right now, but i would like to be at 162 by October...i'm really excited about getting down into the 160's because i haven't seen that in two years, and i'm only 17...i think 162 is too much of a goal for one month, but it is possible...i just gotta stop convenince eating (I forget tot take food to school with me, so end up eating out, though I do watch my calorie intake) lol And good luck to anyone else :)
 
A change in my weight! hahaha! I'm excied! 170! Just one pound from the 160s! I do weigh myself throughout the day (it doesn't discourage me or anything, just keeps me in touch with how my body is working...it helped me find out how starvation mode works for my body and such so i like to watch my weight through out the day) And i know by morning that i will be in the 160s! Yay!...sorry if i'm being annoying, i'm just excited lol
 
A lot of us have been lazy but we're turning it around. :cheers2:

ah its been grand been working out at home a lot this week when i get bk from collage cos id be too tired to trundle across the town to the gym.
