ok - here's the update of the past few days
Friday Dinner was scrambeled eggs in a Tortilla and for dessert a piece of Blueberry Pie with Butterscotch Icecream
Breakfast on Saturday
Fried Egg on waffle with bacon and the usual amount of coffee.
Lunch was a salad and dinner was Pizza - not that great - I know... also I keep to miss the snacks on the weekends and my water consumption drops tremendously
Sunday was the same breakfast, lunch was a brezel with meat, cheese and tomatoe and dinner was schnitzel with swiss chard.
Exercise - short walks with the dog and clean-up of the storage.
Monday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Low Carb Crunch Bar
Lunch: Fruit & Yoghurt with Cheerios and Turkey Bacon
Snack: Cheese, Peanuts and a nectarine + candy bar
Dinner: wrap with shrimp, veggies & egg (yummi)
Beverages: Coffee, decaff coffee, water & tea (total maybe 3l)
