thanks guys,
all of the study paid off along with pictures and notes taped around our bedroom and the rest of the house. Although I felt solid on the muscle side of things for the anatomy, from having done it before for my other quals, however this was a whole new level of hard, both learning tiny muscles that had not been relevant in my past studies plus learning the nerves of the body and which nerves and blood vessels that are associated with each muscle, cranial nerves both name, number and function, the anatomy of nails, skin, and the reproductive, digestive and cardiovascular systems. The whole thing put a big strain on my poor spelling lol if I had any miss spelled words the answer was of course wrong. I make enough spelling errors typing here where I mix letters around without noticing until I go back to re-read my post, it is almost dyslexic in nature.
on the other hand the sport psychology just seemed to be common sense and just clicked into place.
I am looking forward to tackling the advanced exercise programming next month, as it takes a whole different approach than the traditional reps and sets schemes that are seen most often.
