♡☆♡Lets lose weight♡☆♡

Yesterday

I didn't get to sleep till 12:30 ish but slept in till 7:30. Had 2 cups of vanilla hanzlenut flavored coffee with milk and sugar, yummy!!

For breakfast I had 3 slices of sour dough toast with butter and jam. I'll try to watch what I eat but it's hard to count calories.

Then my parents, my kid and I went to the hospital.

My parents left with my youngest, while hubs and I stayed with my oldest. Not sure when his surgery will be yet. Hopefully soon.

----------

My kid went into surgery at 1:30. Then I had lunch, a chicken salad sandwich, a mixed berry granola yogurt and iced coffee. Then I paced around the room while I waited for my kid because I couldn't settle down.

Starting tomorrow, I'm cutting down on vaping with the intent to quit. I went hours yesterday and today not vaping and know I can do it. My plan is 2 puffs every hour for a couple weeks, then 1 every hour for a couple weeks, then 1 every 2 hours and so on. My goal is to completely quit by my bday.

Surgery went well for my kid, but he has to stay the night and can go home in the morning.

----------

So while I was pacing, I started to feel very dizzy and disoriented. 3 hrs later, I still feel very dizzy. But I'm about to leave the hospital and go back to my parents with my other kid. I'll have a bowl of cereal for supper.

My dad made me 2 grilled ham and cheese sandwiches for supper, it was really good! Then I had 2 yogurts for dessert.

Then I got my kiddo in bed while I had a jet tub bath 😁 So relaxing.

Now I'm all relaxed and ready for bed myself. I get to go home tomorrow morning. Yay!
 
Yesterday Afternoon



I sat in the congregation and fell asleep through the whole service 😅. Then we went grocery shopping. Came home and had lunch



And now I'm pacing, I'm only at 8k steps, and I want 15k.



I love counting calories! I thought I'd be over today cuz we are having spaghetti but turns out I'm not! I even get half a banana and 1 cookie to snack on this afternoon!



Also, I found hazelnut flavored simple syrup for my iced coffee!! I'm so excited to try that!

I paced for 1.5 hrs and got 15k steps by 2pm. Now I'm watching my Beverly Hills show.

Hubs went to lie down for a bit after spending time with the kids.



I emailed about soccer cuz I thought it started Tuesday but it actually doesn't start till May 5! So yay for that. I was worried about it cuz I hadn't received an email about jerseys yet, but I will get an email this week about it... 🤞hopefully.

At 3 I had half a banana and a chocolate cookie, the cookie was really good! Then I listened to true crime videos for an hr.



So I'm not quitting vaping right now. I have enough on my plate from quitting pot and dieting, I don't want to get stressed out with cutting back on vaping as well. I hate the money spending and having to get juice but I do love vaping...



Then I had an hr nap at the kitchen table. I love being able to sleep anywhere!

Supper was a measured 1 cup of spaghetti and 3 meatballs. Mmm it was so good! My hubs cooked it, I love when he cooks.



Then I had a couple of small chocolate eggs and 2 mints, putting my calories just over 1400.



I'm also going to start weighing myself everyday starting tomorrow.



Did dishes then gave the kids a fruit bowl for a snack. Then got them in bed. Then had a hoot.



Hubs and I agreed I can have 1 in the evening when kids go to bed to help me relax.



Then I got a massage cuz obviously I missed it on Thursday. Then went to bed.
 
Morning

Weight was 141.6, not bad considering I had 2 shit days for food and a heavy carb meal last night. But I won't see that number again, only down hill from here.

Up at 5, showered and pacing for an hr while having 2 iced coffees. I can't taste my hazelnut syrup, and I don't want to add more bc of calories 😔 Disappointing.

Got kiddos up and fed. I'm nervous to send my broken arm kid to school...but I have faith that God will look after him.

Got kiddos off to school, then took 🐻 out for a walk, he enjoyed it so much! Then I had brekky, cinnamon raisin toast with pb and sliced banana and cinnamon, mmm so good! Then I did some chores, treadmill for 20 mins and 20 mins pilates. Then I baked a cake cuz tomorrow is my hubs bday but we are celebrating tonight with MIL, and I prepared meatloaf, then finished my chores.

Busy morning, but it's now lunch time, so I will relax and eat.
 
Afternoon

Had 2 eggs and a glass of milk for lunch, then frosted my hubbys cake. I was beat so I watched tv all afternoon, with a quick 20 min power nap at the table. I finished season 5 of 'the real housewives of Beverly Hills' and started season 6.

At 2 I had another glass of milk with a cookie for a snack.

Got kiddos from school, did homework and snack time for them, then MIL came over.

----------

Yay hubs got home at 4:30! Then we went to vote. Once we got home, I started supper...and snuck a hoot... I shouldn't of but I did 😔 I'm disappointed in myself.

I'm itching to work out again, so I decided, Pilates 3x a week but if I want to workout more, I can. I just love doing pilates so much, it's like meditation for me. All I feel is the burn, especially my bum and it's all I can focus on in that time.

Supper was meatloaf, mashed potatoes (none for me) and veggies. I made a chocolate devils food cake with chocolate icing, but I'm gonna skipped it. I waaaay overate at Easter, then had pie 🥧 the day after, then lots food over the weekend from kid being in the hospital. So ya, just a lot of food. Hubs is ok with me skipping it. I enjoy meatloaf and veggies, so I'm happy with that. It's not like I'm eating a supper I don't particularly like (sausage and fish) and I don't enjoy my supper and then have to say no to cake. I also get to have a rice cake later tho.

Supper is done, clean up is done, cake is done, presents are done, now we are just relaxing till MIL leaves, then kiddos will go to bed, then I'll have a rice cake, caramel chocolate chip and I'm so excited for it! It was easy to say no to chocolate cake, but now at 7:45, I'm craving something. I'm craving something crunchy, definitely craving a rice cake.

Oh and hubs loved his gift! And I ended with 18.5k steps. 😁

Got kiddos in bed, then I had a rice cake and omfg it was soooo good! Then I went to bed 😴

Morning

Up at 5 to pace for an hr, skipped my shower, I will later, and enjoyed 2 iced coffees.

I stopped pacing at 6 so I could have a little nap, I slept till 6:35 before my broken arm kid woke up and needed his sling on.

Got kiddos off to school, took 🐻 out for a walk, had my usual toast for brekky and chores. Then I worked out. I did treadmill and pilates. It was a tough workout, I didn't really wanna do it, but I won't be home tomorrow so I had to do it today, it was hard but I made it through. Then I ran an errand and finished chores.

Then it was snuggle time with 🐻 while watching tv.
 
Afternoon

Once I was settled on the couch, I had a quick 30 min nap, it felt nice. Then I had 2 eggs, a glass of milk, 2 chocolate eggs and a black iced coffee for lunch. Black coffee is so gross but I need the caffeine to make it through the afternoon and evening.

Once lunch was done, it was more 🐻 snuggles on the couch.

At 1 I was craving a rice cake, so I had one. I'm still within my 1500 cal limit tho 😊

So I decided I'm going start doing my nails again. I bought a new lamp months ago with the intention of doing my nails but never did. So Thursday I will pick up a gel polish, base and top coat from Walmart (sally Hansen brand) and do them Thursday! I miss having pretty nails. I'm so excited for it! In my 20's I was a nail tech and makeup artist. I gave up makeup years ago and love rocking my natural skin. A couple years ago I was getting gel nails done but stopped because I hated having to book the appointments and what if my kids were sick or had a day off, etc. So now I'll be able to do it in the comfort of my own home 😄. Tonight I will give myself a nice manicure, basically to just push back and nip my cuticles so I don't have to do it dry on Thursday. My cuticles need a lot of work so I'll need lotion and cuticle oil to push them back. I'll also file and shape them so they are all ready for Thursday. I'm so excited!

Got kiddos from school, just in time cuz it started raining on the way home. Then we did homework and I gave them a snack and pain killers to my broken arm kid. Then I had a glass of milk and a cookie to snack on.

At 5 I had 4 chocolate eggs, putting me over 1600 cals. Oh well, still in a deficient.

Supper was chicken fingers, tator tots (none for me) and broccoli. I dipped the chicken fingers in hot sauce, but I don't count it, it's only 10 cals I use. Supper was really good.

Gave 1 kid a bath and the other a shower. We got from Amazon, a full cast sleeve for my kid to wear, I pray it works 🙏

Yay it worked! Broken arm kid had a safe shower.

I'm going to sally beauty supply tomorrow to get gel polish! I'm so excited excited! Oh, in case I forgot to mention, I have an appt in the city 2 hrs away and they have a sally beauty supply store! Yay, I'm so excited 😁

Got kiddos in bed, had 2 rice cakes, putting my total at 1770, still in a deficit, I burn 2000 cals a day and gave myself a manicure. My cuticles are pushed back and nipped.

Then I went to bed, ended with 16.6k steps.
 
Up at 5, showered and paced for an hr while having 2 iced coffees. My weight was 140.

I talked to my hubs last night about pilates. I told him it was hard to do bc I was sore from using ankle weights. He told me to take from the ankle weights until I don't feel sore anymore. He told me to listen to my body. I'm his opinion, I should do it everyday and I agree. It's meditation for me. Thursday I think I'm going to choose another 20 min workout, from the same lady, she has tons of videos.

Got kiddos and hubs up at 6:30, I want to leave by 8, 🤞 hopefully.

Then I had my toast for brekky. I just love my toast, it's so good 😋.

We left on time! And hubs stopped to get a coffee and I held off on getting an iced coffee. I'll have a black coffee at my parents place.

Currently waiting at the Dr's office. I have issues with my ears and see an ear specialist every year. It's always a looooong wait, good thing I have a fitness magazine on my phone.

After an hr wait, I finally got my ears cleaned. It's not a pleasant experience, it hurts but at least I can hear better.

Then I got a sub for lunch! Mmm so good. Hubs had a five guys burger.

Then I went to Sally's beauty and picked up some gel polish! Yay, I cant wait to do my nails.

Then we went back to my parents and had a good visit.

Left at 4:30 and got back to town at 6:30 and we picked up McDonald's for supper. I had a Chipotle grilled chicken wrap, it was really good! But as soon as we got home, I had a hoot, now I'm feeling good 😁

And I've decided, once and for all, I'm quitting vaping. Cold turkey. It'll be a rough go for a while, but I'll making it through. I'm going to eat mints to help, but I won't count the calories. I may have 200+ calories and that scares me, but I really wanna quit. I could get a new gel color every month for way cheaper! Or I could maybe buy a couple dresses for summer. ☀️.

Then we got the kiddos in bed, I had another hoot, then went to bed.
