Deadlift off blocks-
5x1 @ 135

Bar was probably 6 inches above blocks, so I could actually grab it without falling off the blocks.
On one of my rest periods, I noticed my calves lacked development, so I went and did a set of calf raises. Too bad I'm wearing skate shoes, though. This exercise would not be of the gastrocnemius, it'd be of futility.
Trap bar deads (for reps...I guess)-

7x1 @ 255 (was gonna do more reps but felt back beginning to fatigue)
