Hahahaha you should have seen me over the summer, DAMN I was black....except my legs, of course.

Yeah, the rope really digs into your skin after a while, not comfortable at all.

Suckyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy workout. I had no idea what I was doing, thanks to my jumbled brain (after up all night reading about powerlifting and strongman ****)

Yah ..Nice Leiyunfat. ;) ..who'd 've guessed you were ... training on beaches atm.. II diig that rear weight run ... like some crazy hill run or something.. makes me smile.

Dont forget though that if you can relax through your pelvic cords you get a better rom and easier load with less effort because you can max on your quads and give iit more rom to gather a momentum on..
try tucking your pelvis under a bit more as you drop before you let it go and run longer and looser..
my dad was one of the fastest in the world for this shpartictular type of training.. trust me Lei..


I'm doing some crazy lifts atm myself.. and if there's one thing about that besides the rediculous carbs you might want want to eat.. its fajing.. li jing .. and good deep form...
aalll the difference between a weight of whatevver size you cAn balance and control and one you can't. think to balance the entiiire object or beyond... find a good set of jing points on it, a stance to play it to and a depth to pull it off with and adjust to thaat. Hell Lei . do a form on it if you must and enjoy dancing through some jing through it..

you'll be fine bud.
stop cutting class and taking meals of your parents..somtime.. soon..ish.. if you can.

Yeah...reading can be a bitch like that sometimes; all of the sudden you have all this information, and you get bipolar with your training.

Hey...if you want a fun OH press workout-
Start military pressing in sets of 3 reps until you hit your 3RM, then go into push pressing and work up in sets of 3 reps until you hit your 3RM, and then hit jerks in doubles until you hit your 2RM. Call it a day.

Fun pull day-
1 arm bb snatch until you hit a very heavy single, then 2 handed bb snatch in singles until you hit a very heavy single, then start cleaning, then clean high pulls, then deadlifts. Call it a day.

Anyway, your workout wasn't that bad at all. Just a bit more structure is needed. But chaos training can be quite fun.

Deadlift off blocks-

Bar was probably 6 inches above blocks, so I could actually grab it without falling off the blocks.

On one of my rest periods, I noticed my calves lacked development, so I went and did a set of calf raises. Too bad I'm wearing skate shoes, though. This exercise would not be of the gastrocnemius, it'd be of futility.

Trap bar deads (for reps...I guess)-
8x1 @ 205
7x1 @ 255 (was gonna do more reps but felt back beginning to fatigue)

MPressing-

Then some ASSHOLE stole my gallon of water. Who does that? What if I had mouth herpes, sly?

Dips, crucifixes (holds for as long as possible...which isn't that long), chins, L-sits to pikes.

What about speed and dennnsity ( for strength as opposed to size for something crazy) and stretches etc. What are you planning for that?

I was up all night cramming for a physics exam, so my workout suffered.


Single arm dumbell snatch (would have done bb but I just couldn't muster it)-

Barbell snatch-
I...forgot how many of these I did. It was my first time performing these, and I got up to 110 (I need to work on form)

Power cleans-
5x1 @ 135
3x1(?) @ 155
1x2 @ 165

*Clean high pulls-
4x3-5 From 110-130


Trap bar deads-
5x2 @ 225
1x1 @ 295

I think I did well on that physics exam. Not 100%, but now the final won't be impossible, and the final grade might be good enough.

I'm giving a lot of thought into joining the Navy or Army as an officer. Any input on that? I'd apreciate anything that anyone can give me.

My reasoning is I feel unfulfilled in my life, I feel I not only do I need adventure, but a whole transition into becoming my own man. I want to take control of the future, instead of lounging around this town. I want to conquer something physically and mentally. But I want this to become a positive learning experience, I don't want to end up setting my life back the x number of years that I put in for the service.

I'd appreciate any input. Thank you.
