My workout was split into two parts today, because the baseball team came in and totally hogged everything.
Pt I-
Push press/OH press-
6x1 @ 95 warm up
2x1 @ 125
1x2 @ 150 new pr
Chin-ups-
5x1 @ BW warm up
2x1 @ BW+25
2x1 @ bw+35
1x2 @ bw+40 New best
Followed by 5x4(? lost track of sets) DB shoulder press with 45 lb/hand
And 5x3 BO Rows at 150 (this is when the team came in)
Tried to sub rows with high cable pulls to neck. 8x1 @ 150
Too easy, so I went to the seated rows and hit 8x1 @ 150.
Pt II (4-5 hours later)
I wasn't used to doing this, so I was kind of lost.
3x3 Incline bench building to 155.
6x1 behind-the-back shoulder cable abduction @ 50 (decided I had worked my shoulders enough)
8x2 seated cable rows @ 135
Rotator cuff cable work
Skull crushers on straight bar-
8x3 @ 50 lbs
Straight bar curls-
8x3 @ 70 lbs
Pt II was a total wtf workout.
