yeah dang that's only 20 days! I gotta pull 405 too then, I'm fairly close and I think I'll make it, but it still has to be done.
 
What do you think about pulling RDL's on my off days, and only several reps at a time? Sort of like a grease the groove thing.
 
since grease the groove is more about the CNS getting used to the movement, I think you'd have to do grease the groove with deadlifts if you want it to make you better at them.

EDIT:
Are you gaining weight? If not, do you have any reason for wanting to stay as low as you are? I saw you mentioned earlier about your DL and BW and how your BW might be holding you back. It can often be harder to gain strenght with a low BW, specially when your coefficient in that lift is starting tp get as high as yours
 
I think I might be gaining weight but I'm not sure. I weigh myself in less than ideal times.

The only reason I might want to stay at this weight is to compete in my weight class for bjj. But that is a long ways away. I should probably get to 180 if I can... :/

There definately is much more than meets the eye for the dead. Even if your form is awesome for "form work", it becomes a different animal when the weight gets heavy.
 
yeah, the whole form issue really gets different when you up the weights, another reason you have to practise lifting heavy in order to be good at it.

Hmmm. I guess I could do some kind of elevated RDL/hybrid...I know I feel those hams working if I can get a better extension. Cause I'm so flexible and sexy :D
 
but if you got long legs it's further down ;) Some people hit the floor when their upper body is parallel, some have to go lower :p
