You are wrong and you know it. If your intention is to clean the forums of trash you delete all insults not just nitpick and delete a 100% clean fitness post and leave Kraken's insult. The way it stands now it is clear that some bias and favoritism is going on. Admit it.

If you will admit it then you will stop looking bad and changing the topic.

I think Evo does not know what happened so I was trying to explain the matter to him. There appears to be a contradiction if a 100% clean fitness post can be deleted at the request of the author, while the same author's insult is not deleted. That is like asking a mod to step in and favor one party instead of being on the side of justice. Normally police/authorities either say they cannot interfere in a matter because it is civil, or if the law is broken, bring the offender to book. Don't you agree Mreik?

It wasn't even about it being an insult. Insults are allowed, last I checked. Free speech. Within reason.

You don't seem to be getting that your comment was deleted at the request of the OP. There's nothing biased about that. If you had a journal and you didn't want someone posting in it (say, me - why, I've been run out of many a journal... voluntarily :p) and requested that his posts be deleted, I'm sure they would extend to you the same courtesy.

You should come visit Calgary. I'll take you to the Ship & Anchor and buy you a corona and poutine. We'll throw some darts. You'll settle down. It'll be lovely. :)

Evo is fully aware of the situation, as is every other mod/supermod/admin. There is no contradiction, I assure you. We try to honor the Journal holders wishes, and indirectly referring to someone as a 'dog' isn't means for authoritative action.

On a final note, I'm not here to discuss this with you again. I'm a nice guy, ask any member here, but you've worn on me. If you bring up this topic again, it will be the last straw and you will be banned permanently. Enjoy WF.
 
Can someone clean up the mess by phate89, this sort of juvenile delinquency is not befitting a fitness forum. Evo, Karsks can you clear the air - the following is still hanging are insults permitted via the rep system?

The problem is that a minority of people are still dwelling in the past and wrongly assumed my motives. My motive with the deleted post and moving forward is to be 100% fitness focused (at least in the main forum bar the lounge). This might be a bit deep for some to fathom and I was told by someone in the know that quite a few people are wet behind the ears.

One last explanation for repetitiveness sake. If a person has a journal and doesn't want a member posting in there, we respect that person and delete that target persons posts.

There is no favoritism going on. If you had a journal and didn't want someone posting in it and they did, we'd do the same to the other person.

Simple to understand.
