:hurray: it's almost June. Just 2 days away. Finally the year feels like it's moving forward. So what are your goals for june?

- Cut out the bingeing on weight watchers muffins and rich tea fingers
- After the 1st, no take aways or alcohol
- Exercise 6 nights a week

Wed 8th - 153lb grrrr! I slipped up last week so bad. But glad the weight I put on is now back off.

Monthly Goals
-Practice 3 times a week for end-of-month workout challenge with my husband

I weigh in on Saturdays. Starting weight is 151.8lbs

My goal is to lose 10 pounds this month. I am near the beginning of my journey, so hopefully this is attainable! I also want to make sure I work out AT LEAST every other day.

Starting weight as of today is 318 lbs :banghead:.

I have only just started this journey today. I have to lose half my body weight to be at a healthy BMI. My current weight is (251lbs) 115.6kg (seeing it in black and white makes me want to cry!)
My Goals for June are
* To start making healthy choices for me and my family when I cook.
* To choose to move more (ie walk to the store)
* To exercise at least 5 times a week
* To drink more water
* To aim for my 5 a day (if I can do it with candy I can do it with fruit and veg!)
* To lose 15lbs this month

Bring June on! I totally blew past my May goal by 5lbs. Wonder if I can do it again? :D

Mini goal: 258 by June 8th. It's my 30th birthday. If I can lose 4lbs by then, I'll have lost 30lbs by my 30th! Plus, being in the 250's....wow. I haven't been there in 5 years.

I definitely need a challenge to kickstart my diet!

Goals:
1) Diet in a healthy way.
2) Work out every day. Ride 25 miles straight by June 15.
3) Be active even when I'm sore from working out.

I just discovered that someone "borrowed" my scale, so I'd better go get a new one so that I can weigh in.
 
Awesome! Ill be weighing in saturdays, because thats my normal routine. Lets all KICK SOME BUTT THIS MONTH!!

This month, I want to really dig deep. Im going to give up beer for the month. Also, going to key in on exercises and go 6 times a week. This month is my NO NAP month. I WILL get to bed on time so im not dragging after work the next day. Lets beat this thing!

I'm kind of new to this forum and I want to jump in this challenge! A good challenge is always a good motivator. Lets do this!

My starting weight was 312 pounds on May 10th, 2011 and as of today I'm 299 pounds.

GOAL
JUST LOSE WEIGHT! Any weight loss is progress to me.
I want to see if I can get under 285. BIG CHALLENGE! Let's see if that's possible.
