it's almost June. Just 2 days away. Finally the year feels like it's moving forward. So what are your goals for june?
- Cut out the bingeing on weight watchers muffins and rich tea fingers
- After the 1st, no take aways or alcohol
- Exercise 6 nights a week

Wed 8th - 153lb grrrr! I slipped up last week so bad. But glad the weight I put on is now back off.
