Congrats!!! Everyone who has lost!!! YAY!!! And no worries to those who maintain.. Stay positive!

Well, I cheated and weighed myself on friday, I saw 163. Then T.O.M came to visit Sunday and I pigged out all day :ack2: So my official weigh in for today is 164. I couldnt be happier :coolgleamA: Well, I can be happier once I reach my goal wieght.. But hey, I will take it and keep at it!

ok, Another small loss for me, and once again, I have to confess, I was really good up til Friday, gym everyday and healthy eating. but this weekend hasn't been so good, ie no exercise, no water, went out socialising, lots of alcohol and bad food,...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Come on ...one week left in this challenge, goal for final week , below 190..fingers crossed!

If you don't mind, I'm going to do these weekly weigh-ins a little different from now on. Mondays are always horrible for me because Sundays, if anything, are usually my cheat days. So I'm going to list my low for the week from now on.

Well I have been MIA for the past week or so. I did weigh myself last week but just kept putting off coming on here and recording it.

I blame the gain on myself. I have been trying to exercise still but I have been having trouble sticking to my diet.:dupe: I had a traumatizing weekend last weekend and ate bad as a result. Then my aunt came to visit for the week and my willpower kinda went out the window. Ìts my first day in a week without cheating at all so hopefully I can at least be down 1 lb for the end of the month LOL. I need to crack down on my cravings and my willpower. Great job everyone!!! Your all doing SOOOO WELLL!!!

Too much bbq

Well, I had a very long weekend. One of my good friends moved. So, us girlies got toghter with another good friend and we hung out and bbq. The very next day my pal had a bbq for her son's b-day. So friday and Saturday seemed forever and busy. In all, when there is a bbq it's hard not to eat all the good stuff.. I enjoyed every minute of it :sifone:. I didn't gain but I didn't lose. That's okay, I am back on track and still motivated.

Congrats to all those who have lost this week!!! YAY!!! Keep going.

What's going on

Good morning everyone! Well, why is it that I wake up this morning and decide to wiegh myself. And I wiegh 160 :toetap05: But on monday I stayed the same. Don't get me wrong I am happy as ever. I hope it stays the same or less on tuesday :biggrinjester:!! Well, just had to share my thoughts..

Adeon~ Do not stress it. I gave in plenty this past weekend. Stay positive and keep moving!!! Drink lots of WATER! :)

Total June loss = 2.2kg or 4.85 pounds :| bit dissapointing, but it is not great surprise, I had a few weeks of birthdays and lots of over eating and drinking LOL it was good fun though! and over all I am still on track and happy :)
