hows the added running feeling bro? i saw a girl last week, before i started running, and then 6 days later she saw me again and said i already looked like i was losing weight.

hey man, i know you like doing barbell complexes, and i read this article today on complexes and it has 3 or 4 really good ones that we should give a try! i already printed them out in large ink and posted them on my garage wall so when i workout, i can go from movement to movement and remember the order. check this out!!!

these will REALLY help with cutting!
im going to do them 1-2 times a week on my off days!

I'm still f**ked! Thinking back I should have push-pressed the last five. At the time I was done. lol hindsight!

My body weight wobbles up and down. I had been 280 then back up to 288 now going down again. It’s all on me though….must eat more throughout the lifting week and keep it tight on the weekends, as in not binge. Hopefully eating more during the week will help.

Dude, You work out hard, and you are consistently pushing yourself!! I know you struggle to find that balance between working out and caloric intake, but when you finally get it just right (and you will), you are going to rip it out even MORE!

Get 'er done!!! LOL
