You know, the usual: deep squats, bulgarian split squats (put one let up on a chair), any ol kind of squat squats :) Do you know any pilates or yoga exercises? Those are great static type exercises that actually make me really sore. Planks, slow push ups, burpies with jumps, "V" sit ups...there are loads of things you can do :) You'd probably get a better workout at home than at the gym anyway :D
I'm feeling better as the day goes on sitting on my butt doing a lot of nothin' :D
