Well lets so i'm 20 years 5'4 and I weight 239 and I am going to lose 109lbs. I was always really thin but then a couple of years ago I put on lots of weight and so I finally got that part fingured out at the doctors they've done there part getting the chemicals in my body levelled out so now i'm going to do my part to get healthy!! For once I have the will power and nothing is going to stand in my way! I bought a elliptical machine and a a exercise ball/ and weights for home and i'm finally taking the plung! I'm also on a 1200 cal-1500 cal way of life (not a diet a life style change)!! I've decided that letting myself talk about its going to prove I'm trying and not being scared of who I am.
This diaries the perfect way to keep track and get advice well i'll be writing more soon.

Welcome...your off to an awesome start...life style change, is the way to look at it. I had same about to lose, I broke my goals into 4 of 25lbs, that way you dont have to wait so long to celebrate a success and it feels good when you meet a goal. Good luck.

Thanks everyone for the replies its good to know I have support.
Well I woke up late this morning at 7am because I stayed up to late so I didn't have time to fit in exercise because my ride is at my house to pick me up at 7am, I'll have to do it when I get home.
For Breakfast:

Exercise: 1 hour on elliptical machine

Had similar problem and put on weight because of a medical problem and couldn't loose any. Sorted out now and the weight is so much easier to loose! Hope you find it is too.

Well I weighed my self today and I lost a pound....yeah so thats 4 pounds down only 105 to go.

Wasn't really hungrey but my gran made the smore so i had to try them.

Going out tonight to a party haven't been out in a while so my cals are goingto be crazy high. oh well its fun and dancing i love to dance.

Went out so muchhh fun!!

And danced none stop for 3.5 hours I love to dance

Went on a walk for an hour (nice whether so I get to go outside) :D
The thing I am most proud of myself today: I passed having a hoggie laast night when my friend stopped for supper I didn't even feel hungrey enough to eat!

You are doing awesome on the exercise!!! way to keep it up!

I noticed that you aren't eating too many vegetables in your foods... You may be like my mom and absolutely hate anything that was a plant, but i challenge you to try to add some to your diet. It helps keep you full and is a great sources of nutrients, without a lot of calories!

Keep up the good work!!!

p.s. i love strawberries on french toast too!!!

p.p.s. what is an ice cap?
