Well lets so i'm 20 years 5'4 and I weight 239 and I am going to lose 109lbs. I was always really thin but then a couple of years ago I put on lots of weight and so I finally got that part fingured out at the doctors they've done there part getting the chemicals in my body levelled out so now i'm going to do my part to get healthy!! For once I have the will power and nothing is going to stand in my way! I bought a elliptical machine and a a exercise ball/ and weights for home and i'm finally taking the plung! I'm also on a 1200 cal-1500 cal way of life (not a diet a life style change)!! I've decided that letting myself talk about its going to prove I'm trying and not being scared of who I am.
