Weight-Loss January Challenge - Start 2013 Off Right!

The best way to lose ten pounds is to put on fifteen...

Also, I've been on a week long all body workout of fighting off germs and illness brought to me first by my daughter and subsequently by sitting around in a doctor's office waiting room sharing other people's germs.
My guess is that the majority of the week's loss is the result of it being temporary Christmas sodium weight and the rest is caused by this cold.

Full expect weight to go back up a bit next week once this cold and dehydration passes.
 
Going to try for 4 lbs this month. Not much but slow works best for me. first

My goal is to weigh less at the end of the month than at the start!!! I'm already achieving my goal! Just need to keep it up for three more weeks.

Good Morning all!

Congratulations to everyone so far! Hopefully everyone is getting the results they're after!

Personally I'm sticking to Sat weigh-ins for this one, as it's different time/clothes I weigh in compared to the challenge so will be slightly diff results.

Seems I underestimated my goals, next Sats already broken (Does that mean I get to pig out on fried stuff now?!?!?! hehe)

278.4 lbs, so 3.4 lbs loss and..... *drumroll* under 20 stone (19st, 12.4lbs)! :party: Never have thought I'd be that again lol.

Happy to only have rebounded a small amount after a massive loss the week before with being sick and dehydrated.
