Add another 7 miles on the treadmill for me.

New total = 272.25
 
So I did four miles on the tread mill & danced for 30 minutes today = 5 miles (I hope. I'd hate mess up two days in a row! Thankfully there are friends on here that will let me know when I goofy up & you know I will do it now & then!)

So here we are at mile number 281.75. Getting closer everyday!
 
Ok so 1 mile on the treadmill so far & 30 minutes weight training. So two miles for me today. I'm taking it easy but I might sneak some more in later....
