Jaim91 and Calcium: Because girlz do it better...and harder.

Not much to report on my end. I got a lot of studying done last night (as there was nothing special on T.V.), and am planning on bringing a bunch of food, and heading out to the library for some peace and quiet to do more learning today. I'm such a nerd!

I went to the gym in the am, and hit up some Stepmill and calves/forearms. That (+ Spinning + Incline walking) is going to be my new, GO-TO cardio. I went away from it for a while, but I'm back now, in FULL FORCE! No excuses! No crying! Seriously business now. Not much time left til GAME DAY, and I NEED my legs more cut if I'm going to get that pro card. The good news is that I've solidified my 60 sec posing routine, and it's AWESOME! It's fun, spunky and energetic! I couldn't be happer

I picked up the new issue of MD yesterday. What a disappointment to have Jay on the cover. I love him as a person, but as a bodybuilder? Really?! No. Dexter, FTW! He'll probably be on next month's issue though.

Mini workout
- 60 minutes GLUTE SHREDDER!

- Standing calf raises: 4 SETS OF 120 X 20
ss w/ Seated calf raises: 4 SETS OF 50 X 20

- Forearm barbell curls: 4 SETS OF 30 X 20
ss w/ Reverse wrist curls: 4 SETS OF 30 X 20

Holy hell....

5"7, 146 lb females WERE NOT meant to be on 1200 calories...but what doesn't kill us makes us stronger, right?

I've had 0 energy to do anything today other than workout and read my notes. And play on the computer. Seriously. If I get up too quickly, I get a little dizzy. I think it's just my body adjusting to the new cardio plan and lower calories. But I expect good things from the scale/tape measurer tomorrow! GOOD THINGS BABY!

I cooked a turkey all by myself today (my mom is as sick as a dog, so she's been sleeping the whole day), and I'm friggin' excited to dig in tomorrow and Monday. It looks so tender and juicy...I'm going to find a way to fit the dark meat (my favourite part) into my macros - I HAVE TO! lol!

Tomorrow = Chest. I know my energy will be up fo sho! The D4X and Vaso will make sure of it!

I wish all girls wore tank tops at the gym. Well, maybe not all girls. Yeah, I'm a perv.

Nah! Just a person who appreciates the female form :)
 
only 2 more weeks and I will be lifting. I can't wait. This journal is a great inspire.

From yesterday: I can't believe there's only 27 days left! Seriously! I started this prep with 126 days, and now I only have 27 to GIT R DONE! Crazy!

I had an awesome lifting/Glute shredding session! Really solid pump, and I looked QUITE good doing my cable crossovers in the mirror, if I do say so myself :D

Looking forward to NOT having school tomorrow, and training back with a friend!
