By the way, I haven't done my Monday weigh in yet, so that will come later. I know it will be up there. :(

T'was a holiday weekend. I'm sure you are not alone there, darlin.

I am sticking with my Tuesday weigh-ins, but I have to admit it is throwing me off a bit. I'm glad I have an extra day after the holiday and b-day weekend to maybe eek out a loss before I have to officially weigh-in. I was up only 1 pound this morning (pre-workout) and considering what I ate and drank yesterday, I'm very surprised it wasn't higher than that with water weight and all. Anyway, best of luck to all and I look forward to seeing everyone's progress thus far.

Good morning everyone, I hope you all had a great long weekend.

I wil also be sticking to the Tuesday weigh-ins. I HATE Monday weigh ins. Just a warning though my weight is dropping like flies (I don't even know if that makes sense) thanks to my detox.

Considering I've had limited physical activity and a LOT of junk food this week, I will take the tiny gain and say that i'm back in the game starting tomorrow since today is my last day of vacation.

That weight is actually probably a bit low considering I did not weigh in on my usual scale, so I will check Wednesday morning at home to see the true (and probably very scary) gain.

Ugh! Worse then I thought. I haven't been eating all that bad, but I haven't had a workout since Thursday. Bad for me.
 
Hmmm...Monday or Tuesday weigh in...? I'm just not sure which I should stick with! I actually weigh myself everyday, but reporting it is a bit different. I think I'll be less tomorrow - I ate and drank (uh, mostly drank) 3000 calories yesterday. WOWZERS! Usually my weight drops after drinking, but not today. So....maybe I'll just wait until tomorrow for the official weigh in. :leaving:

Welcome, Eddie. Best way to start, if you haven't already done so, is to check out the stickies posted everywhere. Good ideas, advice, info, etc. Starting your own journal may be helpful as well. Helps keep you accountable. Good luck with your goals! :D

But I know i am not going to quit, I just need to refocus yet again on eating. Did well yesterday.

I can be very convincing when I need to be...

Glad you did well yesterday...I killed myself on the elliptical...ate decently also.

I know you aren't going to quit, every now and again you gotta refocus - like a tune up...
