*ahem* This thread is being monitored to protect against hijackers. Being one of the original hijackers, don't you think I know better than to leave this unattended? :D

But, you can paint in here - any color of your choice. It really needs some updating. :p

As the other original hijacker, I must agree :) but you can paint...we need some change around here...
 
That's fine, I have no idea as to how I'd even go about hijacking, seeing as how I'm very inexperienced. Paint it is.... and maybe some lazyboy recliners.

Recliners are even better but we are going to have to buy bulk...there are a lot of people here :D

It may only be three days old, but it's already on page nine and has over 100 posts. Gotta keep up with the demand. Paint and recliners it is! Therefore, adeon . . . go wild . . . be creative. :D

Snacks...hmmmm....veggie platter? Maybe some whole wheat sandwiches and low fat cheeses. Oh man now I'm getting hungry.
 
Pita wedges with dill yogurt sauce. :drool5: Actually I just finished making deviled eggs for the barbecue I'm going to. Not healthy, but from my own chickens. So good, but only going by the expression on my wife's face when she tried it for me. :sifone:
 
Deviled eggs were my potluck food too Trops! Gotta offload those suckers on someone. How many chickens do you have? I've got 21...so I get about 18 eggs a say. Doh!

I managed to do perfectly fine yesterday. The world's biggest jerk was at the barbecue and the guy pisses me off so much I literally had no appetite. And it was a good thing I was the designated driver or he would have pushed me to drink all the beer in sight!
 
I have 8 chickens, but 6 are too young still to lay, one one is showing signs of being a roo. So I only have 2 layers now. I don't have to buy eggs, which is what I want, but not enough where it's a problem.

Barbecue last night was not what you'd call good diet wise. Not horrible, could be worse, but not that good. Only one beer, no hard stuff, and I left just as the deserts were on the table. The host is famous for the most wonderful deserts, too. Real good time to get out of there. :cheers2:

In this Challenge are there any set days where we all do something? Like... One day we ALL jog (or walk depending on our capabilities) 2 to 3 miles? LIke a BONUS day? Or is it just do what you want and hope for the best? lol

I really need to start new habits because I am just restarting a diet today, and I think this group would really help!

Welcome, Moliss and Konichiwa. There aren't hard and fast rules here. Join whenever you want. We try to do Monday weigh ins, but other then that, you just post any good things you've done for your weigh loss journey, and any harships that might have come along. Some of us are here multiple times a day, and the crazyness can get severe at times, but we like it. It's all in god fun.

By the way, I haven't done my Monday weigh in yet, so that will come later. I know it will be up there. :(
