Hope it's not too late to join in!!!
Since I already weigh myself every Monday and Friday,
I think I'll go crazy adding in Tuesday too, so I'll go with Monday!
Start: 287lbs.
7 July: 283lbs. -4lbs.
14 July: 283lbs, -3lbs... (due to 5lb gap in my scale between its max of 280 and 0... I was reading my scale wrong, so I lost 3lbs, not stayed put)....

Amen to that! With Friday being the 4th and Sunday being my birthday, this is going to be a tough weekend!
What I really need to do is make a plan and stick to it. I think if I stay active I should be okay - I tend to eat less when I'm out and about. My youngest girl is out of town all weekend so I really have no excuses not to go to the gym.

Just stopping in for a moment. I went for a 3 and a half hour bike ride this morning. Damn! I'm pooped. I've never ridden so long before. It wasn't at a killer pace, but just so long. I had to get on the scale after I got home, and wouldn't you know it? I'm 5 and a quarter pounds lighter. Think it's water weight? Well, now I'm off to the water park. Hope everyone is having as good a time as I'm having.

My fiance's birthday is the 6th too! I was somehow talked into going to a cartoon death metal band concert - Dethklok - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
But it should be fun anyway! At least there won't be any cake and ice cream there.
