I wanna be 135 like I was Saturday morning!!!! Not fair!!! Stupid ass big breakfast from Sunday. Oh well... at least I'm not still 138.6 like I was yesterday morning.:ack2:

We're in serious countdown mode - 24 days until wedded bliss and 25 days until paradise. :D I don't really have a specific plan at this point for weight loss but I do plan to take my butt to the gym every single solitary morning for the next 24 days - I can do anything for 24 days, right? I went this morning and did two miles on the elliptical and five miles on the bike in fat burn mode. AND I am packing my gym gear for vaca. I will hit the gym every day first thing so that I can at least minimize the damage.

My adjusted goal for the wedding (since I will never hit my original goal) is to be at 210, which is 11 lbs. in three weeks. High standards? Probably. Not possible? Maybe. But I'm aiming for it anyway. I will be satisfied with a five pound loss, but 11 is my aim.

I think the 151 was just from the holiday weekend! Either way thats 3 pounds from my starting point! Whoot Whoot! Maybe I will loose those 5 lbs after all!

And yesterday I was 190.9 (Mondays are when I update my ticker) so this is another drinking related water gain! Arg! But instead of monkeying with the numbers, I'm just going to let it be. I don't have any benders planned for the rest of the month, so I think I can catch up! :p

Doing alright today. I'm having digestion issues which are the pits. I've had odd digestion problems for almost 3 years now. Had my gallbladder out in January to "fix" the problem. That caused more problems. But I've been ok for about 3 months now. Until this week...on Friday I thought I was going to puke all day. Same with today. I did eat hard boiled eggs both days but I also ate them on Sunday with no problem. Other than that I see no connection. Sigh. Looks like I might have to start cutting things from my diet to find out what is causing this. Might just be a weird fluke though. Let's hope it is!

So, yeah doing alright. You asked! :p

Hello! I'm tired! It has been a long day and I'm trying to rest a bit so that I can force myself to work out tonight. 10 hours of nothing but watching munchkins is extreme. Not to mention they are only allowed to watch one video a day. I was everything from a shooting target to a slide today. It was a bit crazy.

The great thing is that when you do work out you feel so much better that you did it even when you know you dont feel like doing it.

Watching the littles can be extreme. Summer time, though makes it a lot easier. There are so many great things to do with the kids. What are the ages of the kids? Our library has great programs for kids of all ages. Just 30-60 min and air conditioner. While you are there, check out the parenting magazines. They have some amazing ideas for thing to do with the kids. Everything from a 5 minute game to a 2 hour adventure. Good way to break up the day and exhaust the kids.

I am far from a seasoned parent, but between my being an early childhood education major and my experiences as a nanny and a camp counselor, i have all kinds of crazy ideas!

They are 7 (a boy) and 3 (a girl) so their interests are a little widespread. My biggest challenge currently is trying to get the boy to want to do anything other than the stupid Playstation. She is very easily amused.
 
My little guy will be 7 in October. He'll play webkins, but I don't let him play any other video games. He's into books big time, but also bugs and creepy-crawly things, and adventures, and dinosaurs, and stuff. The idea of making a fort out of a pile of sticks, or a bow and arrow out of sticks keeps him going. I saw this one thing last week where you take an old sneaker and tie a string to it. Then you swing it around and have the little guy jump over it. I thought that was cool. Only good for about 2 minutes of fun, but it can jump start things.

It's going great for me. I've had two great days in a row now, which is a big accomplishment compared to how I've been doing recently. Going for 3 days tomorrow! I'm really hoping to be 135 or below for next week's weigh-in (I was 136.5 today). We'll see.

I have the weight loss speed of a snail... its down at least... but come on, .4 pounds?? Ugh... I am not a patient person. I am gonna be stuck in the 200's for the next 20 years at this pace.

Great, now I'm frustrated again.
 
Come on, Jess. We talked about this. This is the beginning, here. The next two weeks are going to be killer. Next week I know you'll be below 210, just wait and see. Or better yet, chase those ankle biters around and see.
