Shoulders still feel a little over worked after the amount of clean & Presses and snatches I've been doing so I changed it up a little today and added soem high rep stuff

A bit annoyed, I’ve just had back to back meetings which started this morning and I’m just about to go out to a very important client meeting which means that not only am I going to miss gym training but also lunch. I’m on 1,200 Kcals and it’s 3pm already! I need to eat about another 2-3,000 today
And it’s raining and I need to walk to the meeting!
