im about 160 and i do go up and down but only like 3 pounds or so. also im down to a medium (large to X-large before) and i have a 30 to 32 waist. also i weight train alot so weight is about the same for about a month now but my waist is still getting smaller. my goal is 150 but 160 is still good because i dont want to be a skeleton.
i i have time ill post some before and after pics but i have to find my old camera.
