I don't know what it feels like to be thin.

Meal update... I might have reached my "needed" calories for the day. So I did have ONE taco...

But that taco is probably the biggest one I've ever eaten in my life. As massive as it was, it wasn't super unhealthy, I skipped cheese and such.

Weekend, and I'm treating myself with a beer! It's the cheapest one at the store, but after two weeks of coffee, water and tea this tastes heavenly. I'm starting to get a bit concerned with my hunger though, as I've only had a small smoothie today and I'm barely hungry. Instead of eating now and later (taco meal before fasting) I think I'll just wait for that taco dinner.

My energy is through the roof, though! Even my boss commented on it, saying how effective I've become. I can only imagine how it's going to be when I'm actually tens of pounds lighter.

Taco is consumed, and I'm preparing for my weekend fast. I can't remember ever fasting for two days, so I'm curious how this'll go.

I'm 25.5 hours into my weekend fast, and I'm debating if I should buy a pizza or not. I know I shouldn't, but I reeeeeeeeaaally want it. I'm not really that hungry, I just want food badly. I even have a big bag of nachos lying around... *drools*

I'm down to 210 pounds, placing me at 10 pounds lighter than when I started. I was hyped to create a ticker and have it in my signature, but seems like I can't yet. Some day though!

I would have thought you would be able to have a ticker by now. What does it say when you try?

I thought I could as well. I just update my signature with the sticker, it shows in the preview, but when I check if it's there - nothing.

Up until this weekend I've felt losing weight wasn't that hard, as I gradually saw small improvements. This weekend, I found out the opposite is also true, as I've now gone back up to 213 pounds. I had a work shift on Saturday for longer than I've ever had, and it drained me like never before, so I'm sad to say the only thing I found comfort in was food and soda.

It's all good, though. I got sick after Saturday as well, so I'm writing this with a slight fever. When I'm up and running again, I'll lose the three pounds I've now gained, and hopefully even more.

I stopped trying to lose weight, and I've floated on that weight (213 pounds, 96.6kg) since that post and up until two weeks ago. Now I'm back and, quite frankly, not even trying. I am doing. I'm tired of not being dedicated, so here's to 3.5kg down in two weeks, placing me at 92.7kg give or take.

I've set up a goal, which is 80kg by week 22. I know I can do it and I'll prove it. That'd be approximately 1kg each week for 15 weeks.
Kinda nice to be back, I'll share meal plan and the exercise routine I'm about to follow if somebody is curious about that.

Welcome back Larek. Here's to doing & not just trying :beerchug: You are off to a great start!

90.1kg at the moment, that's two and a half kilo down in two weeks. Feels great! Or well, seeing the number go down feels great; but I don't actually feel different. I can't visually see a difference myself either, but my belts sure are starting to become looser.

as I started goals when I made that last post, I planned to go for 15 weeks and lose a total of 15kg/33 pounds. The first five weeks I'll go for 1.5kg a week, the 5 after I'll lose 1kg, and then the last 5 will be .5kg, placing me at 80kg by the end. As for this week, the goal for Sunday is to be at 90.5kg, so I'm already way ahead of... "schedule". :)

Hellu again, I just had to write a quick post seeing as my first goal is reached. I'm now under 90kg / 200 pounds!!!
Next goal is 85kg / 187 pounds, then 80kg / 176 pounds. 80kg is what I need to reach, but even that is considered overweight given my height so optimally I'll shoot for 70-75, but that's gonna take a while so 80kg is my major goal at the moment.

A coworker who I haven't seen in two weeks commented that I looked slimmer in the face, so I am getting slimmer even though I feel exactly the same.

I think it's time for a real update on how it's going and how I'm feeling. After a mildly long bike ride, I weighed myself in at 87.6kg, that'd be 193 pounds.

As previously stated, I do feel the difference when it comes to clothes, but just recently I think I'm starting to see differences around my belly area as well. I still have way too much fat on me, but when I press on my ribs I can feel them much more than I could before.. and to be honest, it's slightly disturbing.

As I also try to incorporate strength exercises 3 times a week, I think I can see some bicep differences, but I'm not sure if that is muscle gain, weight loss, both or just placebo. I believe it looks just a bit more defined.

I feel quite good. We've had a lot of warm weather lately so I've gone out fishing or biking randomly here and there, and that certainly helps keeping me active. My goal for now has changed slightly, I want to reach 80kg/176lbs by week 30 when I . I sat that goal last week, meaning this sunday I should be at 89kg/192lbs or lower - and I reached it! Next sunday will be 88, and so forth until I reach week 30.

Well done on another drop & gaining muscle tone. Strength training makes you feel so good. I must get back into it. Why do you think you find it slightly disturbing that you can feel your ribs larek?
