Prefix for Cohen's Lifestyle
1.2kg's for me this week and I am TOTALLY stoked!! Getting closer and closer to my goal now :) YAY and my BMI is now below 24!!! woo hooo

I still cant believe I have lost more than 1kg this week as my weight-loss seemed to have slowed down a bit since entering the early 80's. I really hope it continues on this trend :)

Well done Nicky. You are so close! Fantastic loss for the week.

I am down another kilo this week. I am pretty much at the half way mark.

I am feeling very positive. Hopefully next week I will be an 80's girl!

Waaaaaa for me though, I have hit a dry spell- didn't loose a gram this week, must be my body integrating again :( I hope next week brings a loss as it is dissapointing when you dont see the scaled move even when you have been on the program 100% deviation free!

Nicky you are so close to the end. Your body is prob reshaping. Look how amazingly you have done.

I have had a good week this week down 2.1kg. So a grand total of 20.3kg. I am on the other side of the mountain now, heading downhill. It's so good to see that I have shed more now than I have left to get rid of.

Also I am an 80's girl!:hurray::hurray:

Wow Willbeslim you are doing AMAZINGLY!!!! You are SO lucky to be loosing 2kg's in a week I dont think I EVER lost that much after the first month. My goodness me you must be doing something so right! There must be a further secret your not sharing? he he he. Good one sweetheart :) Keep it up!

Wooo hoo Sam what a fabulous effort!!! That's a great result for you :drool5:

For me I have lost 900g this week which is good as last week I lost zippo :( I would have LOVED a bigger loss but I am happy with any loss at the moment. I realise that I am getting closer to the end so my losses might slow down some more. Fingers crossed a zoom :auto: through these last kg's and finish Cohen's by Christmas (and my 25th Birthday).

You can do it....you don't have long to go now. I slowed down towards the end too but I did lose further on refeed so maybe that same will happen to you.

It's 1.3 this week. I have set myself a mini goal of trying to get rid of another 10 before I go away in the middle of December and after this week I have 8.7 to go in 7 weeks. I have to do it!

Keep up the awesome work everyone.
 
Great stuff Will....yes we are making huge strides with Cohens:)

Well my loss for this week is 700grams......It would have been more but I had 2 devaitions:(...Friday and yesterday. Back on track today with no excuses for the rest of the week. I have a lunch out with friends friday but that is easier to manage compared to visiting friends where you don't know what is on the menu.

Wow you still did well for the week with a loss when you had a deviation!!!

I have had no deviations and have had the VERY same loss as you lmao- 700g. I am just glad I lost something as it is starting to dwindle as I get closer to my goal :-S

Never mind a loss is a loss and 700g down is something :)

I also had a deviation not this Saturday gone the one before and I lost 1kg that week. I can kind of feel this week that I'm not loosing though - you think that it could be delayed a week???? Hmmm.. I have a feeling the last 7 or so kgs I need to loose are going to come off very slow! I'm thinking of incorporating more exercise to try and give it a bit of a booster. Week 1 I lost 1kg, week 2 1.5kg and since then it's just been around 1kg a week... wish it was more :(

I thought my weight would be delayed as well after my pizza weekend but no I lost over a kilo but I did exercise....so that may be the trick to not stalling.
I'm feeling my way as I go along and so far my deviatations have not impacted on any weightloss "so far"...but I wouldn't like to trial this theory out too many times.
