Booooo for me!!!! I only lost 800g this week. I guess my previous week of 1.5kg's sort of evens it out as an average. I have just started working full-time as a barista so I am on my feet for 11hrs racing around and doing all sorts of things so I hope that the fact I am being rather physical wont effect my weight-loss.

Never mind a loss is a loss :p

If you're keeping really busy, don't worry about the "numbers" - your fat is rapidly disappearing, and if you are building muscle, then that's healthy anyway.

I'm sure you'll find next week or fortnight it all sorts itself out. Our weight loss charts never go in a smooth straight line, but our bodies know exactly what they are doing anyway.

Glad you've got an income coming in, even if not ideal - better being busy and out meeting people, and you can always hope that something will turn up around the corner. Economic downturn is really hard on everyone right now, but life will go on, regardless.
 
Ow thanks Niyah that's very encouraging :) I much prefer to be out the house and doing something as it gets VERY boring being at home!

Yukio we can be weight-loss buddies as we have a similar amount to loose! You just need to get on track 100% and dont except and excuses from yourself :) I know it's hard but it will fuel you to keep going, I can speak from experience.

Certainly lose it faster. I lost another .5 kilo in 4 days. Not bad. I was hoping for full on. But I will get there sooner or later. Im hoping to be down another 10kilo by the end of August. And then working on a bit more after that. But im not sure. Just trying to see how things go. Hubby wants baby and I do to just the timing needs to be right or I will be stuck in this evil desert for another 6 months to a year and I think I will want to stab someone if that happens lol

AND that's in week 19 :) Okay so I guess it's cause I only lost 800g last week, but still I am more than thrilled!!!

I wouldn`t say it`s rapid fat lost, but that`s just me, everyone seems to doing better than me.

Hey Lanina

I think you should speak to your consultant cause something's not right with your program. I think you should be loosing more than 0.1kg's in one week if your deveation free? Otherwise 6 kg's in 6 weeks really isn't that bad if you think of it as a whole. I am averaging around 800g-1.3kg's a week at the moment but I have heard many things can affect the process such as age, how long the fat has been there for, gender and if you blood test results are coming back as deviation free or not? I would check as I know it must be a bit dissapointing to not be loosing the same as some other people considering you have paid such a lot of money for your program!

Thank you Nicole! I think as well I should contact to my consultant, because I`m not satisfied at all...Actually I didn`t receive any feedback about my last blood-test, but until now I thought that`s normal, there wasn`t anything to speak about. But I`m going to ask her what was the result. Bythe way I`m going to meet her next week as my week 8 offical weightin come up.
 
Ianina, I agree with Nicole that it is wise to ask your consultant. Write a list of all your queries & take it with you when you see her. I only got one call in 6 months related to my blood tests & that is when they picked up that I was drinking too much water. Everyone loses at a different rate & it can be frustrating. It's always best to be sure that you are not accidentally doing something wrong. Cheers, cate

WOW I am impressed with this weeks loss- 1.7kg's in ONE week!!!!!!!

Aghh I dont know of ANY diet that can do that without ANY starvation or even wanting to eat anything sugary or fat laden. I know when people go on an eating plan they desire what they cant have but this hasn't been an experience of mine. I think the balanced Insulin levels coupled with the desire to loose weight is really working for me!

I LOVE YOU COHENS and never in my life have I found a program that can do what it does :)

That's 900g for me this week. I guess this week even's out last week's blitz! Never mind 900g is still a good loss (better than a plateau) and I couldn't do it on any other diet :p

That's 1.1kg's for me this week. Hopefully I will have a better loss next week, even though it's still a good loss.

Just slipping in here while I am at work so should do a full update tonight when I get home if I have the time

It's my first week and I lost 3.9kg. I am very pleased. I have heard that the 2nd week on the program is much slower. Has that been the case for you?
