Because one of the rules is that on saturdays. you eat as much as you want of whatever you want. It's a mandatory cheat day. So that means my weight will not have gone down again yet since the cheat day if i weigh in mondays. So I dont know what is supposed to happen around that, but lets just know before I start my cheat day, my current weight is 155.

When I pigged out on pizza, before I started this last quest, it was three days before I showed a gain. My weight is still going up and down, I should give up, but quiting is not in my vocabulary! So I am staying in this challenge!!!!!:seeya:

It's good to keep going congratz! I was barely even hungry for my cheat day :T So I dont know how much I gained.

Also, just had a sneak peak on the scale, down at least 5lbs, gonna have a long run before weigh in, with no drinking water, so hopefully I've done enough to regain top spot!!! Lol, I feel like I'm desperately trying to make weight for a fight :boxing:

I am dreading getting on the scale in the morning. This might have been the worst week of my life when comes to eating. I went out drinking 3 times last week and its nothing for me take out a 30 pack of bud light. When I get drunk I like to eat as well. Even when I was sober this week I was eating terribly. I ate fast food at least 4-5 times last week. One of the drinking nights was a birthday party so there was pizza, cake and Ice cream.

Only excerised 3 times this week as well. 2 times was last monday and went on wed morning.

I really wouldnt be surprised if I put back on all 11 lbs I lost the previous week.

I wish I had some self control. Then maybe I wouldnt be a fat ass

Last week 192.2 this week 189.2. I wasss 188. But my mother actually cooked something I liked last night...o_o OhyeahIwentottheforbiddenland. And I liked it! :D Rofl

Anotherrr slowww week :( I guess I'm glad its going down but I need to desperately step up my workouts! Now that my midterm exams are finally over I can start going to the gym more :D

Man, I've been busy last week. Haven't had the time to come on here at all. Anyways, I had a bad week. I wish I didn't use food for comfort. I'm going through a real rough time with my dad having Cancer, and I am falling back on eating bad food to make myself feel better. Food and I have a very toxic relationship. When I am happy, its easy to eat healthy and lose weight, but when I am unhappy I eat like crap. Anyways, here are my real bad stats for the week:

Start: 297.8
Last Week: 288.8
This Week: 293.8
Change: +5.0 :banghead::banghead::banghead:

2 Week Total Loss: -4.0
 
Rolled my ankle tonight playing basketball so I doubt I will have a great week this time either. Being layed up and sitting around the house just makes me want to eat out of boredom.
