Hey Mr. Love! Sorry to hear about your ankle.. I know it is hard when you can't exercise.. it looks like it hurts!!!!
Since you can't workout try to stay strong and focused in the kitchen and only put good foods into your body. Since it is the only thing you can control right now it will be really important and can keep you from gaining. With a good diet you can at least maintain until you are ready to get back in the gym!!
If this week wasn't a good week stop it now. Fresh start. new week!
The plan is to get back on track with my eating tomorrow. I have a feeling that I probably gained again this week as well.
I have been kinda depressed with being hurt and all and I am definetly an emotional eater.
