Yeah, I don't know WHY you might be plateaued...but I broke mine by eating cookie dough, obviously. Went from stuck at 170 and doing everything right to eating chocolate chip cookie dough on Saturday and lost five pounds.
Maybe you should try that?

Hahaha, I would if I could have carbs. But that would be a no-no at this point in time.
This thread was more of a joke than anything. I'm actually not concerned. Although, I thought I was taking in somewhere around 1300-1400 calories per day and I just inputted my intake into fitday and it's much higher.... something like 1850.
I mean, even at 1850, that should be a pretty nice sized deficit for me. But not near the deficit I planned on. However, I'm following the diet to a 'T' from Lyle McDonald and making sure I get adequate protein and essential fats in per his recommendations leaves me at 1850 calories.
I'm communicating with him as we speak but he's pretty much telling me I'm being stupid.... if I'm following what the protocol says, stop worrying.
