Nope, in my travels I've been extraordinarily lucky to only have had to deal with delays on the runway and delays while landing. *knock on wood*

Yes My own grandmother's, when I was in 6th grade.Me, my one year elder brother and my grand mom were in the house and my grandmom being diabetic suddenly lowered her blood sugar levels and was on verge of slipping into coma, we rushed her to the hospital immediately all on our own :)
