The regulars here clearly have something against diet pills and I can see why. They did it the hard way and they get a bit jilted when others get the same results in half the time with 1% of the effort.
Does Phenphedra work?
Yes. Phenominally.
Is it a healthy way to lose the weight?
No.
Do most people care?
No.
If you want to lose loads of weight quickly and aren't too concerned by side effects (which were minimal to non existant for me) then go for it, you won't regret it.
Alot of people turn to the pills for quick results which will give them the motivation to go on after the pills. If you're a lumbering heap of a person who puts in zero effort of course you'll put the weight back on BUT reaching your goal weight WILL make you feel better and give you the motivation to keep the weight off. I can vouch for that.
Bottom line is that there are about 10 different brands of weight loss pills that will melt the fat off very fast and Phenphedra is listed in the top 3 on almost every single unbiased site that reviews them.
Again, if you want to lose the weight and aren't concerned with doing it the "healthy" way then you will get your results. Don't listen to anyone who says otherwise, they're all up on their high horses. Doing it the healthy way will take you a long long time and takes the effort the majority of us don't have time for.
My personal advice is to take the pills, reach a decent weight and go on from there with exercise and a healthy diet. Alot of people don't have a spare 9 months to lose a few pounds the "healthy" way.
I was 130kg (roughly 260lbs) and after a couple of months am now down to 87kg (roughly 170) with minimal exercise and my doctor has given me a clean bill of health and says I'm the perfect weight for my height and one of the healthiest 25 year olds he's seen. I would have never gotten there if it wasn't for diet pills. Had I done it the healthy way I'd still be looking at a year minimum to hit that weight.
I stopped the pills roughly 6 months ago now, I use common sense when I eat and because of the pills my appetite is at a good level. I used to have a huge appetite, the pills dropped it and it remained small ever since. Like I said, I use common sense when I eat, I'm not a nazi about it, I still enjoy take out and fatty foods every now and again and only exercise maybe once or twice a week and the weight stays off.
