The regulars here clearly have something against diet pills and I can see why. They did it the hard way and they get a bit jilted when others get the same results in half the time with 1% of the effort.

Does Phenphedra work?

Yes. Phenominally.

Is it a healthy way to lose the weight?

No.

Do most people care?

No.

If you want to lose loads of weight quickly and aren't too concerned by side effects (which were minimal to non existant for me) then go for it, you won't regret it.

Alot of people turn to the pills for quick results which will give them the motivation to go on after the pills. If you're a lumbering heap of a person who puts in zero effort of course you'll put the weight back on BUT reaching your goal weight WILL make you feel better and give you the motivation to keep the weight off. I can vouch for that.

Bottom line is that there are about 10 different brands of weight loss pills that will melt the fat off very fast and Phenphedra is listed in the top 3 on almost every single unbiased site that reviews them.

Again, if you want to lose the weight and aren't concerned with doing it the "healthy" way then you will get your results. Don't listen to anyone who says otherwise, they're all up on their high horses. Doing it the healthy way will take you a long long time and takes the effort the majority of us don't have time for.

My personal advice is to take the pills, reach a decent weight and go on from there with exercise and a healthy diet. Alot of people don't have a spare 9 months to lose a few pounds the "healthy" way.

I was 130kg (roughly 260lbs) and after a couple of months am now down to 87kg (roughly 170) with minimal exercise and my doctor has given me a clean bill of health and says I'm the perfect weight for my height and one of the healthiest 25 year olds he's seen. I would have never gotten there if it wasn't for diet pills. Had I done it the healthy way I'd still be looking at a year minimum to hit that weight.

I stopped the pills roughly 6 months ago now, I use common sense when I eat and because of the pills my appetite is at a good level. I used to have a huge appetite, the pills dropped it and it remained small ever since. Like I said, I use common sense when I eat, I'm not a nazi about it, I still enjoy take out and fatty foods every now and again and only exercise maybe once or twice a week and the weight stays off.

you forgot the "does it have side affects?" yes probably, and also the
"will you regain the weight back?" yes probably

That's probably the most IDIOT, STUPID, WORST, AND DUMBEST ADVICE I'VE EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS PERSON!

Now tell me, how is it that for 25 YEARS OF YOUR LIFE, you had time to be fat, yet you don't have A FEW MONTHS to work it off the healthy way?

Did you get fat in 2 MONTHS?

Hell no, you got fat over your whole LIFE.

Now what's the rush to get it off?

Why sacrifice DIEING earlier to loose pounds a little faster?

Plus, that's BULL SHIT everything you just said.

I was 30lbs over weight. And in a matter of 3 months, NOT EVEN TRYING, I lost all 30 of those pounds. Now had I exercised regularly and cut off a few more calories, I could have easily lost it in HALF the time.

I didn't even have a strict diet! I just cut sugar out to once a week, did 20 minutes of stair-stepping alternating with 20 minutes of walking every day (1 day stairs, next walking, etc). I eventually cut back to ONLY walking after a month of stair stepping because my knees started hurting...

AND I STILL LOST THE WEIGHT... JUST BY WALKING AT A NORMAL PACE FOR 20 MINUTES A DAY!

PLUS, the more fat and overweight you are, the EASIER it is to LOOSE those pounds in the first place.

There's absolutely no reason it should take 9 months to loose 90 pounds. It can be done is 5-6 months without starving, without shitty pills, without risking your HEALTH.

Because if you are reliant on a PILL to loose weight, you will for 100% - CERTAINLY GAIN THE WEIGHT BACK AS SOON AS YOU STOP TAKING THE PILL. Guaranteed.

Now cut that "we don't have time to loose weight' CRAP and stop making some bogus BS excuses! It's shit!

That appetite you suppressed from the pill, will come RIGHT BACK as soon as you stop taking it. Those pounds, they are just hiding, waiting for u to drop that pill.

Do it right.

Eat healthy. Stop eating french fries and McDonald's Cheeseburgers.

Walk every day.

It's that simple.

this thread is garbage in general, i think its outlived its use and now is becoming a spam trap and argumentfest.
So with that in mind, im closing it.

Anyone who wants to loose weight properly should take the 5 minutes it takes to read the sticky threads in Newcomers section :)
