has anyone tried Fenphedra?

I mean, I think people can view this thread without being members. So if a 'user' of said supplement can search it on google and see this thread and sign up just to discuss it. They're not necessarily spammers.

I think the thread is stupid b/c you have people saying, "this stuff worked but I also started eating healthy and exercising when I took it too."

How do they know it worked?

If it's for the energy, why not get cheaper forms of energy from things like caffeine instead of buying a hyped up product and paying the premium for it?

Or I like the, "When I stopped using I gained weight but I also ate my face off."

Supplements do funny things to people.

So do misguided beliefs mixed with a lack of critical interpretation.

Good advice is below.........

Diet pills don't work. Save your money and invest time and effort into yourself, and you will be rewarded a thousand times more than the money spent on diet pills:

The Magic Pill (by Chillen)

There is a magic (fat burner) pill:

One walks in their...Magic Pillbox....everyday.

Its you and the body.

And, every time you continue your diet and exercise, you take one pill out of the box toward your goal.

Yes, there is a magic pill. Its you. And, you walk within it everyday.

Chillen
==================================================
An opposite Thought:

A Poison Pillbox (by Chillen)

One walks in this Pillbox......everyday.

Every time you make an excuse to not exercise (when scheduled) or inappropriately cheat on the diet, you take one pill from this box against your goal

Yes, there is a poison Pillbox, and you walk in this everyday you make an inappropriate choice when dealing with the natural human impulses of the body.

Answer: Be the Magic Pill.

And, it doesn't come from an over-the-counter pill. You walk in your own pillbox.

You can be friend or foe to yourself and sometimes both. Think about it. The truest form of wisdom is learning to deal with yourself.

And, additional thoughts:

The human body is designed to eat and perform physical activity; I think this is a rather safe and obvious fact.
How one manipulates these two base facts, how one manipulates "choice" within their personal operating environment (life style), and react to the corresponding body reaction and adaption, will determine the quality of the results.

This base premise has served me extremely well.

For example. If I want to raise my aging metabolism, I manipulate physical activity and calorie "consumption", IMO. This is the natural metabolism booster.

I don't need a thermogenic for this.

Physical activity and calorie manipulation are my thermogenic.

I never have to question whether its the correct combination of things to manipulate, I just have to be concerned with how to properly manipulate these to become an effective fat loss or muscle growing machine.

I just prefer to manipulate the variables that naturally come through the body's design intention.

Not all of us are created equal in terms of fat loss and muscle growth efficiency. But, assuming one has no health complications (organ and hormonal problems, etc, where medical service may be needed), the two basic manipulations still hold true. For some it can be a major battle between the two variables--to find one that is effective.

Over the counter fat loss products, are designed to manipulate the consumers personal senses; it goes to the very core in what the potential buyer is trying to manipulate. And, this sells products.

And, in the marketing sense, this works and is a powerful manipulative force to one that doesn’t look at these products through: Educated Eyes.

But this is just me.

Why did you buy into the "hype" with fat burners, when the ultimate and greatest fat burner of "ALL TIME" is within your own skin: YOU.

When you look in the mirror and it reveals your reflection make the connection that your body has the capability to bring fat burning to perfection. Therefore toss fat burners in the bin of rejection and enter fat loss resurrection.

You will always be the ultimate fat burner.

i'm just gonna go ahead and say if your coming here for reviews on diet pills this is not the place for you... the review will always be bad from those who know best and have actually succeeded and continue to succeed. not only succeed but take time out of their own lives to pass on their success free of charge. people need lifetime guidance not false promises and scewed ideas of what it is to lose weight. I'm sick of people thinking they can find a quck fix to change their life whithout making changes in their lifestyle. keep your 2 cents to yourself until it's worth something.

You are a nice, man. ;)

With the marketing strategies employed by the makers/creators of these rather useless (over-the-counter) fat loss pills, one "should" educate themselves through this BS, look at the ingredients, and educate themselves on certain products, and when one does........they learn rather quickly....most are utter crap.

Why was Ephedrine banned and taken off the market in the US? Cause' it was causing some severe medical complications and in some cases DEATH.

And, one ought to watch what they buy, as in this latest scoop as posted on MSN:

I do not have "a lot" of faith in the FDA (overall), but this is something rather different.

Fat loss pills........suck.

Bottom line.

Best wishes

lol chiven, the real reason why ephedrine was banned is it was too good to be true. that's why other weight loss companies lobbied the shit out of ephedrine.
Mother of 2, well I hv nuffin to say,by reading ur previous posts, u dont deserve a reply, and it is not useful to reply when someone's iq is below normal.
kbye, u guys will never know why ppl all around the world call americans arrogant and ignorant.

There is no need to get rude and display more contents of your character.

No bottled (over-the-counter) pill, will out perform a bad diet/exercise approach, my friend. There is no such thing as popping an over the counter fat loss pill, eating 4,000 calories (personally needing 2,000 calories), and watching the miraculous fat loss show.

You can attempt to cloud the truth, but the true proven Heavy Weight Champion of all times for fat loss is right here:

I will continue to give the forum and members posts to motivate the power within.

And, realize there is beauty within their own skin

So they can ROCK adversity on the chin

And, not from the placebo-effect of an over-the-counter pill.

Believe in yourself:

1. Enhance your confidence to believe in yourself and your decisions. Trust your own mind to think well and cope with the basic challenges that life throws at you.

2. Increase your self worth – believe that you are entitled to be happy and to receive the rewards that your deserve for the efforts that you make.

And, if you fail in your efforts, you don't have a choice but to get back up if you want it. If you don't, then stay down and you will get a like reward.

If you walk the diet and fitness road, their is a TOLL for the personal GOAL

PAY IT, and

ROCK AND ROLL!

Most good things in life have sacrifices that have to occur before the good reveals itself in full glory.

No matter the taste of food, nothing, nothing, replaces the taste and feeling one gets when looking in the mirror and it's reflecting the image of one's dreams.

Its TRUE there is power in TWO

The mind and YOU.

Do not feel BLUE ; YOU can BREW and STEW the new YOU.

I have registered solely for replying in this post, so I may or may not ever post in this forum again. To the point, I felt an overwhelming urge to come to the defense of the diet pill users as I feel they are being bullied, whether overtly or passively.

My personal experience is that they do indeed work, and you can keep the weight off, but as many anti-pill people and others will say, you do need a good eating and exercising lifestyle.

I was in the U.S. Army for for two years, and, as anyone who has served will know, weight management/peak fitness is key. I tried Hydroxycut, Hydroxycut Hardcore, Lipo 6, and Lipo 6X whilst I was serving. Outside of the jitters with all of them, and a tight chest sometimes with the Hardcore, I felt well throughout the day, and had no noticeable crash at the end of the day or any other noted side effects.

Stopping these pills is where pill officionados and lifestyle-change purists must come to a middle ground. The pill will enhance your weightless, I have no doubt of this, but you can be almost guaranteed you will gain some of the weight back if you do not keep up proper diet, exercise, water intake, sleeping habits etc.

Before either side goes judging the other, remember, life may be full of extremes, but the mid-ground is often the best place to reside. A tortoise/hare hybrid is probably your best bet with weightloss. Boosting your lifestyle change with detox and diet pills is great, but remember that you have to be willing to see this change through in the long run, i.e., the rest of your (hopefully healthy) life.

Now, to the Fenphedra, I am considering taking this at the moment. I may just use Lipo 6 again since I know it works and know how my body takes to it, but I am open minded about the Fenphedra. My research into the ingredients has lead me to believe it is a powerful weight loss aid, but I have no doubt there is risk involved. As I said, it's a risky investment, but as with any such investment, I will just cut my losses and learn from the experience if it is a failure. If I do try it, you have my word I will return here and post an objective analysis that can hopefully bring some useful insight to this thread. Especially if it is overly negative, so as to warn, but I will also praise it if it is positive.

Whether you or anyone decides on taking Fenphedra or not, I wish you all luck with your lifestyle choices/changes, and may good fortune and health come your way.

~Aquarius

P.S. An edit to my post, for anyone wondering why I feel a need to detox/take diet pills to boost my weight loss once more it is because while in the Army I suffered a serious lower back and hip injury which had me bed ridden for a time, then on crutches, then a cane, then walking, with a decent limp for a while, then back mostly to normal movement. I gained roughly 30 pounds in this time, and I am now at the point where I feel I can once again start working out. I have a good rehab program set, but the pills are for the sake of boosting my weight loss as my workouts slowly progress to more intensity, and as they become more intense, my pill intake will be directly and inversly effected.

What's that they say about correlation and causation?

Weight loss occurs whilst on diet pills therefore diet pills cause weightloss.

I believe this is what you are referring to.

The fact that so many studies leave out facts such as:

Say a subject was dieting and exercising then began taking Diet Pill X. Now, what these groups might not tell you, or may white-lie about is that the subject possibly changed their lifestyle, i.e. their workout is more intense, they are on a more strict diet, etc. There are even facts such as race and other genetics which will, sometimes greatly, effect these test results.

The fact that this bending of the truth does occur is why massive amounts of research must go into any diet pill before you commit your time and money to a program. As I've said, I do believe some weight loss aids help, some more than others, and some riskier to your overall well-being than others. Again, I condone the pills as a boon to your commencemnet, but be prepared to have to work extra hard once you come off of them to keep the weight off, as opposed to having taken the tortoise approach to weight loss.

My hat goes off to your valid point Steve. For those wanting to learn more about Correlation and Causation, to see how it pertains to the diet pill industry, check out Wikipedia. It has a nice article on the subject matter there.

I look at everything from a ROI standpoint

ROI being return on investment.

Supplements are overpriced. We know this.

I train as a profession. A decent amount of the population I've trained came to me using some sort of supplement. It makes sense, since our society is one that cherishes short cuts and marketers can, almost without restriction, feed off the desperations and gullibility of the masses.

That said, take the pills out of the equation and 'clean up' some of these clients' misconceptions and habits and fat loss occurs.

Put differently, the fat loss comes from the change in behavior.

Not the pills.

If I were to change no behavior or perceptions, but upped the dose of pill or changed to a 'newer cooler' pill, I'd be willing to bet a large sum of money fat loss would not occur.

So what if it improves just 1%. Improvement is improvement, right?

Screw that.

Why spend a bunch of money on overpriced garbage that may or may not work when there's room for improvement that exceeds said 1% by a moonshot in the things we *know* work like diet and exercise.

That said, placebo can be a powerful thing.

Is it worth the money to you though? That's a personal question that each of us has to answer individually.

And what about the long term health effects?

Me and my clients?

I see what gets results and what doesn't. Having them spend money on something that yields little to nothing is dishonest. Especially when the research 'backing' most of these products is unbelievably shitty and funded by parties of interest.

Fenphedra is dangerous

Good Afternoon everyone.
I just wanted to give you my update on the Fenphedra. I have been taking it for about 4 weeks now, and wow what a ride. The first 12 days I was really energetic, good apitite and spirits. Then it started to make me crash. If I did not take the pill in the morning, I would crash hard by 1000 hrs and feel sick. I kept taking the Fenphedra though, because I always heard great things but no ending. Well ladies and gentlemen, here is your ending. I have been having vomit spells at least 3 times a day allong with diariah every half hour to an hour. dehydrated, headaches, feeling low, dizzy, and terrible sleeping patterns.
No it is not a regular sickness. I have my doctor who knew I was going to use the Fenphedra pill, and he was well aware of the month trial I was about to pressue. He has been monitoring me every week for changes and health risk if any. "Personal test" is what we called it. Anyways, all my side effects where from this Fenphedra.
We are talking about a healthy 5'9, 145 LBS lady 27 years old with one child. Never had a health problem in her life, always upbeat and motivated, go downhill in 2 weeks time, with no rest in positive progression.
This Fenphedra is dagerous, and can really harm you.
Just to explaine how bad it is for you. I went from lying on the couch and not moving, barely able to talk while on Fenphedra. To alive well and back to normal after not taking Fenphedra for 32 hours.
I am writing this on my 33 hour without Fenphedra, I just finnished my checkup and my Doc said it is like my system is clear of poison.
You can take this as you will, but I just thought you should all know my story.
I would love to write more, but I feel to damn good right now and I am off to play with my son for the first time in a few weeks. Now I can take care of him, instead of him take care of me.
Be careful all, and watch what you take.
Regular healthy foods and regular activity keeps you healthy, not pills, and especially Fenphedra .

One more thing to add

Sorry to talk on, but let me tell you the reason I tried the Stupid red pill anyways.
A friend and I where talking about our lifestyles. Mine is different then hers. I live an active life, work out every second day, and of course like most in the world. Stop the life love for 3 weeks a year for X-Mas break and induldge like a little piggy. We went in together I could proove to her that diet pills are no way to go. So I was the guinnie pig( I would be the easiest to get back on my feet if something went wrong, and there is no breaking the love for me LOL). And man did I feel like a lab exp. HAHA
I did not do this because I needed the help (which they don't help). I just needed to proove a point, that a healthy lifestyle is the only way to stay healthy and fit. Mind wise and body wise. I had 8 extra pounds to loose, which any healthy person knows it only takes a few weeks to loose if gained quickly out of laziness. I will be at the gym tomorrow. And it will MAYBE take me 2 weeks to loose it ;-)
Ok I am done now hehe.

I ordered some Fenphedra a week or so ago simply because I am a sucker and wanted a quick weight loss solution. I'm only a little overweight according to current government guidelines. I have been eating healthily, as I was before I started taking it, and have so far lost 6lbs. It just makes me feel incentivised and I have had no ill effects from taking it (so far- 6 days.) Try it if you have the money to spare.

I have only used weight loss pills once in the past. I found using them as a good way to get the energy to start an exercise program when you are not fit and dieting. It is ultimatly the diet and exercise that will lose the weight but diet pills if used correctly can get you started. If you are on them for more than 1 month then you have missed the point. Also if you are already fit they can have a negative effect and are not recommended.

lol who said without proper diet/exercise, any miracle would happen. Everyone who's not mentally challenged would know that fact. My point was that diet pills like Fenphedra are great boost to our weight loss process.
Fenphedra suppressed my appetite well enough ( which is the most difficult mental challenge for most dieters), in that way I could eat moderate. Not only that the red pill gave me extra energy, so I can walk 2-3 steps more on treadmill. I felt great all day. I also expected the pill reduced some percents of fat intake, burned more fat ??? I accomplished my goal and wanted to share my story. Then some people accused me of working for fenphedra ??? I just felt like I owe to Fenphedra since the pill was a great help to me.

guess there are some people who are full of emselves here. I would recommend Fenphedra.

Day 1 on Fenphedra

Hi All :waving:

I woke this morning still bunged up with a cold and then found that I had come on also, isn't mother nature grand. I took my first Fenphedra pill and the five Fen 72 detox pills then had some plain porrige with goji berries. I noticed the pills had kicked in when I found myself dancing round the kitchen even though I still felt sick with a cold. They definitely give you an energy boost and I took full advantage and did some urgently needed housework. I felt fine after my lunch time pill and jogged on the spot whilst playing pro evo with my son. It was the afternoon pill that hit me the most, I was playing football in the garden and started to heave. Its a bit like being pregnant with the nausea I experienced. I haven't weighed myself as it doesn't allways work to do that, instead I have measured my waist. I am a 36 in waist at the moment and need to be a 31 if I am to get into the dress that I ordered from America. I have been on a diet now for 6 weeks and have been drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day and eating very healthily and have lost 2 and a half inches off my waist allready. It will be interesting to see how I feel tomorrow evening when I am not still bunged up with a cold. Years ago when I went up to a size 20 I went on Herbalife and managed to get myself down to a size 10. I will sign in again tomorrow to let you all know how day 2 goes.
