alert harry potter spoilers ahead(in white type)
well just finished reading what a book. shed a few tears here in white type are spoilers for those who want to know slim
1, harry,hermione, ron,jinny survive.although at one point i really thought harry was dead
2.neville is a hero and ends up a professor at hogwarts
3.kreacher comes through for the good (in the name of r.a.b!) as do the centaurs
4. those who die - lupin, tonks, fred, dobby (a real hero sob sob), mad eye, pettigrew,hedwig,creevey,minister of magic, snape (sob, sob, sob, sob), nagini, bellatrix (hurrah) and da da da - VOLDEMORT
5. survivors - apart from the ones ive mentioned, hagrid, the malfoys, rest of the weasleys, mcgonagall, flitwick, sprout, dumbledores brother,luna.
6. better late than never. percy comes to his family and fights for the good
7. now snape. you will think through most of the book that snape is bad. he is made head of hogwarts, meets with voldy etc. near the end voldy murders snape cos he thinks that by doing so he will get the true power of the wand (bit complicated to explain). harry goes to snape as hes dying and snape tells him to catch his memories. harry goes to the pensieve and sees that snape truly loved lily. he went back to dumbledore and agrees to act as a double agent, he is grief stricken over lilys death. when dumbledore gets slytherins ring(and destroys the horcrux), snape saves him but tells him he cannot get rid of the curse, only contain it and that d`dore will die within the year. they then agree that snape should be the one to kill him when the opportunity arises.anyway we see that snapes patronus is a doe the same as lillys. earlier in the book harry and co are in a forest looking for gryffindors sword as they realise they need it to destroy horcruxes. a doe appears to harry and leads him to the sword in a lake . so snape has helped harry and was not bad after all. harry names one of his sons after him and dumbledore ahh
