monica, i have that problem too, however I don't kno a solution....maybe, if u dont feel completely sick from all the water you could workout and then you will want water because you will be working out, and chances are, youll get thirsty, I dont know if that is dangerous though...if not, its a great way to get ur water and ur exercise....I've never tried it, just somethin that popped into my head...hope it helps....sorry if it doesnt.... :-/
