Today I feel bloated. I'm trying to drink my tons of water but for some reason I have it in my head that if I don't feel hungry, with actual hunger pains that I'm not losing any weight and the water is counteracting me feeling hungry. Yeah, I've got issues.
Maybe I need to cut sodium out of my diet more. I have been monitoring my sodium intake but I don't know what to keep it below. I've been averaging about 1500mg of sodium a day, is that high? When I was pregnant with my son I was on a low sodium diet. I remember I ate a hot mama pickle and my legs swelled up so bad I couldn't walk.
