Surprisingly Ive been doing really well with the water, I have a 1.5 litre aquafina water bottle that drink from, so all I need to do is drink 2 of them a day. When Im studying I have the bottle beside me and I just drink from it. Its weird, I find that when i go a little while without water, like an hour or so, it feels like Im thirsty, (even though ther is no way I could be), so my body must be getting used to the large amount of water Ive been drinking.:)

I'm going to buy stock in TP!

Thanks for the ideas guys!

I set aside 10, 500 mL bottles of water for the day that way they stay cold longer, easier to carry around (I take 5 to school with me during the day) and then I take 3 to the gym, 1 for before, during and after. Then one at supper and one first thing when I wake up (atleast this is my plan ahaha).

I will have to go pick up some crystal light after school tomorrow!

I really want to get this accomplished!

Anyways, so I'm hitting the gym atleast 4 times this week, probably 5, so I hope this is a good weightloss week! I need one!

Gooooooood Morning Pumpkins!!!

Started my morning off right by being late to work because my precious kitty was sleeping on my head this morning and purring...so I could NOT disturb her. :D

Started sipping on my first liter of water a few moments ago...glugglug!

Drink yur water ladies!

I've been able to keep up with drinking my water everyday so far!! YAY! Hope everyone is doing well!! Have a great day everyone!!! :)

Reporting: I am consuming 120oz of pure water every day since water challange started. I am going very strong with my diet and exercise too.

Thank you, Girls, for your incouragement - it is priceless and very very helpful :) .

Last night I had the most realistic and disturbing dream ever, somewhat of a nightmare. I dreamed that I woke up in the middle of the night and went to the fridge with the purpose of eating whole broiled chicken from my favorite italian deli I have bought the night before. I finished it all and I enjoyed every bite of it. I woke up covered in cold sweat, raced to the fridge to make sure that I, in fact, did not eat any chicken. I even checked the trash basket. The chicken was still in the fridge and as I went to lift the foil to make sure I didn't eat any part of it, the chicken came alive and told me in the deep tenor to "f*ck off" . Scared me to death and that's when the dream ended. Does anyone else has "hungry" dreams by any chance? I woke up so scared and confused: did I eat chicken, did I not eat chicken? For a moment I felt so guilty, but GOOD news - it was just a dream. I did not eat chicken:D .

I am sorry if I offended anybody with the grafic description of my dream...I often catch myself thinking about food a lot. I am trying so hard to shift my focus, but can't manage. It is so difficult to cook dinners for my hubby and my dughter and watch them eat while all I can allow myself is a small sad pear.:( :( :(

What a scary dream!!!!!!! Why cant you eat what you fix for your family? With portion control and exercise, you should be able to!... I hope you dont only eat a pear for dinner!!??! Way to go on drinking your H2O.!!

I've got all my water in for today. went to Curves and plan on doing a belly dancing video before bed. Sound like everyone's doinf ok.

By the way I have a hard time with food also. I'm very snacky. I try to just munch on carrots, but it's just not the same. Microwave bagged popcorn 98% ff works really well with me though! It makes me feel like I'm getting more!!! Good luck!!

100 calorie snack packs are my new best friend Mechelle. Try those. ;) You won't regret it. They sastify the need to snack w/o going overboard on calories. ;) Drank ALL MY WAWA (water) today! yay. *GROUP HUG*

Heidilw :) and Be_gone_soon:) , this is the IT problem for me: all or nothing. I have a very hard time finding ballance between healthy eating and agressive dieting. Most of the time I am not even hungry. Go figure. Here is the thing though - I very often catch myself wanting food in my head, I may not feel hungry at all, but in my mind food very often is all I can think about.I do not eat after 7 p.m, not even a little bit. I do have a very light fruit salad or a single piece of fruit before 7p.m and that is it. Also, I came from Europe and we have such a different way of eating back home!:) If you will ever come across the book "French Women Never Get Fat", don't think twice of getting it. We eat all our carbs in the morning, usually it is croissane or breakfast pastry with a cup of coffee. Lunch is usually the bigest meal of the day, we eat what Americans have for dinner at lunch time. This way all calories are burnt by the end of the day. For supper we have very light salad, fruit. We never eat on the go, we sit down and enjoy our food. We walk long distances all the time or bike which gives us plenty of exercise. I had no trouble staying at 130-135lb all my life and I didn't have to limit myself. If you will ever travel to Europe: France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Eastern Europe, you will be amazed at how thin and fit Europians are. Then, in 1999 I came to the USA and, naturally, assumed American life style: fast food, limited activity ( you don't walk, you drive), eating late, eating in a rush. 7 years later I found myself at astounding 235lb. So, yes, it is kind of hard to find a ballance once again and teach myrself to treat my body in a healthy way. I have nobody to blame but myself. One thing is for sure: it was much easier to gain lbs.:(

Hey guys,

still chugging the water here. I'm really trying hard to get to my goal today! :D

I just came from drama class and the gym. In drama we did a 2 mile "brisk walk" (more like torture walk haha) and did a lot of jogging and moving. Then I walked to the gym and did the eliptical for 32.5 minutes and burned 415 calories :D :D :D *yay* I feel good.

Is there bonus points for going to the gym(or walking etc.) a certain amount per week????

well just to check in, I have been drinking all my water, :D , and today I went to the gym and went on the elliptical machine for 45 minutes on the cardio setting, :) I feel great after a good work out, but 1 question, my toes went kind of numb when I was on the elliptical, is that normal?
