Ok...Thanx, I am going to Curves tomorrow morning, I will get weight and see offically what my weight is for sure and I will post everything in the morning...I am new to all this , hope i can keep up...

drank a ton of water... i would have to figure it out but i will post it later. Man.... drinking water all the time is a lot of work! I hope I get in the habit of it soon!!

I drank all my water yesterday :D which was a feat for me, and Im well on my way today, good luck to everyone over the weekend!
 
Ok, I tried really hard to get in all my drinking water in and I sucked yesterday! Sorry guys!! I only got in 3 litres out of 5.

I drank all of my water yesterday. Now to start a new day drinking and drinking and drinking!

Day 3, how is everybody doing today? I fell short of my water goal yesterday because I passed out at 8pm on the couch. My son said I was snoring like a helicopter...lol! I'm working today so if its slow...which it probably won't be, I will do nothing but drink water. :D :D Hope everybody is having a good weekend. Stay safe!
 
I am soo behind on my water today. Only 1/2 a liter down and 2 1/2 to go! OMG!

I cleaned up my house like a woman possesed this morning then the hubby and I went out for Pho and bubble tea.

Dinner needless to say will be very light. haha.
 
Hey speaking of PHO, have you found any websites that tell you how many calories are in Vietnamese food? I would expect that the salad rolls are fairly low... I LOVE vietnamese and just can't find anywhere that the calories and fat content are reviewed.

I'm doing good on my water. I usually do. I grab a 32 oz. glass and sit at the computer until all my water is drank. And I'm a busy person so it goes pretty fast that way!! Good luck team!! Let' s keep up the GOOD work and win this!!!

I have been drinking 3 L a day - thanks Mal...for the math... appx 100 oz a day. YES!!! I hope I can keep it up this week!...


At walmart they have reusable little Liter jugs for 88 cents. It was a great investment, if anyone needs something like that to help keep track of water.

ok, I still have to reach the 5 litre mark. I've been trying really hard, but I made myself sick yesterday trying to get it down. I don't know why I don't like water that much and I don't drink juice or milk either. I just never feel really thirsty. I'm going to keep giving it my best everyday though!

It should be easier to get it all down during the week because I'm at school, I'm moving more, so I get more thirsty, plus I normally down a litre or so at the gym.
 
64 oz down so far today, I've got one and a half of my nalgene bottle left to go and I think I can do it since I chugged 16 oz about an hour ago when I looked at the clock and realized I didn't want to be peeing till 4am.
 
Kallie - you might try those crystal light things for the 20 oz bottles of water. I tried the lemonade one a few weeks ago and it was really good.

had my water for yesterday and today. i ran all day at an auction on saturday we were hauling box's pusing tractors and filling up trucks. at the end of the day i had tried a can of pop because it was cold and i was hot and thrirsty, but after the first drink i gave it to my daughter cuz it was way to sweet and i went and found a bottle of water. i gave up pop awhile ago and i know why know.
 
Yes deffinatly try the crystal light packets to help eas your transtion into water.
