ok, its time for me to put up my weekly picture, i started from back around my birthday, all these are my before pics, on the thread on the next page will be my this weeks pic first, that i took today, and then second is my last weeks pic, lemme kno what yall think~ Thanks!

K, I adjusted my weight on the first page...I didn't gain as much as I thought; maybe my dinner from the night before was still sitting there:p So I've gained .8 lbs since last week...not too bad.

Sorry I've been a bit MIA...but the comp. is up and running again!! YAY!

SO ready for monday! I'm gonna put up a nice loss this week!!!!

How much "credit" should I get for going to the zoo today?? Man, I walked for like a good 2 maybe 3 hrs...mind you I did take a break occasionally, so tracking down the exact time is going to be hard...what do you think??

Oh, and I'm going to mow the yard tommorrow, it takes me 45 minutes....does that go toward my excersize credit???
 
Walked again! Another hour down :D I love having a friend to walk with; as long as we have something to talk about, the time goes by so fast!
 
Hey I haven't been on all weekend. Yesterday did not make my goal for exercise and eating right because I was sick all of yesterday. The company I work for had a barbeque and I must of eaten something funky because yeah...was sick....all day...feeling much better, but was not a fun feeling let me tell you. Didn't eat much yesterday either. Today I've got some water and some crackers and will be getting a cup of tea to try and keep my stomach calm. Today I aim to do a bit of light cardio by walking home and if I feel up to it later, a light work out.

Oh and my weight loss from last week...only 1.5! but hey! I'm happy.

Today is spinning class, I love LOVE to spin. Has anyone else ever tried it?
 
hey everybody, still havent heard from Mal, I am just dying to know how we stacked up, i think i read somewhere that somebody scanned through and it looked like the freddies were winning! YAY! Okay, well, im in my third period at school in the computer lab, so i guess i will talk with u guys later, alrighty, byeeee~!!!!

I sure hope so!!

So far today I got in 30min's of pilates and 30 min's of mowing the lawn! GO ME! lol

I'm still drinking lots of water, and made it my permanant goal, to get in 90 oz water, 5-6 servings of fruits and veggies a day, along w/ at least 30mins of excersize. I've been feeling so good lately, I almost dont' care what the scales say, the pay off is how good I"ve been feeling!!

Speaking of that...I hope you feel better soon Sara!
 
hey there everyone! sorry I have been out this weekend as well... didn't do so hot - but didn't do so bad either.. I had family in town, so we hit up some of the big Nashville sites... and it was pretty fun =) Now I need to get serious about my food and exercise though!
 
hey - are you guys out there exercising? running? walking? lifting? pushing the mower? get to it! =)
 
Just got done spinning. Of course I could say I just got done wrestling bears or eating lightbulbs and screws. I think I must post in invisible typeset or something. I know I shouldn't care but three weeks of posting and not one response even when I ask someone a direct question. You got to start wondering if you stink of something. :(
But yeah go team
 
awwww! Dharma! I'm sure nobody means to ignore you!!!! Plus, i don't think lightbulbs would be very tasty, if thats all u had to eat, im sure u would lose weight, lolol, I was reading a post yesterday i think and I was wondering, i should have asked, but what exactly is spinning class? It sounds like great fun whatever it is, lol, and didnt u say u dance too? I would love to actually dance and lose weight, i mean, im sure i could, but i dont have any really great music to dance to, if u know any and could let me know that would be great. If you have asked me any direct questions, and I havent responded, I am very sorry!!!!! I hope you have been doing well, I know you will earn us lots of points at the end of the week! I have been exercising like crazy, or at least i feel like it, i am kinda sore!!! So, um, I hope to hear from you soon, and I am very sorry that you feel like ur invisible to us, I can assure u, u are not, I get frustrated too when I post things and no one replies, kinda makes u feel unwanted, but I hope you don't feel like that! I personally happen to think you're both very cool and don't let a lack of reply get you down. Let's reply to each others' things and we'll keep each other company!

I happen to love spinning! I'm getting back into it as we speak and it is one of the best ways to shred off pounds! Go you making it to the class!

Yea, i've kinda had the same problem....asked earlier about excersize....i think that we all (including myself) need to realize that this thread is not just to post how we are doing, but support our other team mates too.

Sorry hun you feel invisable...we can all change that if we try!!
