I made my fruit and veggie goal as well - and I definately will today =) I'm planning on getting four servings in just for lunch!!!

where is everyone?! get your butts in here and post :D

I'm doing good so far today... I might hit up the gym later tonight, but I have a bunch of cleaning to do at home first.

Good luck everyone with weigh-in's tomorrow morning!!! I snuck a peak at my own progress and so far so good!!!

hey there everyone... I got my fruits and veggies in today - but unfortunately didn't get them in for half my days =( sorry everyone!

Are you guys keeping up with your water?! I have been okay, but not nearly as good as last week... Let's make sure we keep it up!!!

Hope to see all of your great work paying off tomorrow morning!!!
 
I don't think I had a single fruit or veggie today:( I meant to at least have a bit of fruit in the car, but I forgot. I did good the rest of the week though, I believe I got in 5 days out of 7!
 
Well I dropped 2 more pounds, but it could have been more. I expect a big loss next week. I did get my fruits and veggies in 4 out of 7 days which is very good for me even if it could have been a bit better for the challenge. I hope everybody else did well and has a wonderful weekend.
 
YAY! I lost two pounds and met my water goal again! I met my veggie challenge for about four out of the seven days (I tried but couldn't seem to get it to work).

But I did lose two lbs!
 
Hey folks! Sorry I've been MIA, it's been a little hectic over here. But somehow I managed to lose a pound this week! It's weird, I was sure I'd gained since I haven't jogged these past couple days and I've been low on my water, I was thinking "dang, gonna have to tell the team sorry" but a pound is gone anyway!

Congrats to everyone else who's lost (yay Freddies!) and good luck to those yet to weigh in!

This weeks challenge is:

30 minutes of exercise a day.

Exercise can be walking at a moderate pace, dancing in your bedroom, the elliptical or stationary bike, but shoot for 30 minutes per day x 6 (the 7th day you rest)

1 point for each minute of exercise over 180 minutes a week by each member will be added to the team score - let's be honest please.


Mal did say that it could be a cumulative 180 minutes... so if you do an hour one day, and don't the next you are okay...

Hello every1 today is so exiciting for me! Ok out with the bad 1st
I didn't but 1 day get all 5 fruites and veggies in.I did however
lose 5 lbs this week which finally puts me under "200"!
I am so happy about that but disapointed that I failed in the
veggie fruite area I did eat more than usual in fruites and veggies.
It looks like every1 else did pretty good to.
I hope we kick some vampire -pumpkin butt this week! Tammy:)

sorry its a late post...my comp. crashed but should be up and running tonight.


anyways, I"m down. I didn't loose anything come wednesday and I got so upset that I didn't fight as hard as I should have. So a zero is what I have. As upset about it as I am, I know I have to pick myself up in order to put up a big loss next week.

Excersize challenge should be great for me, I'm starting to really enjoy excersize.

Sorry girls, I promise a big number next week!
 
:( I gained....I'm pretty sure it's because I change altitudes, because I know I did well, and I gained it overnight.

And Mal, I just knew you were going to have a movement challenge next, just because I had to spend ALL FREAKING DAY in the car! Thank you for making it cumulative; I can do an hour tomorrow to make up for today:)
 
hey there everyone! I'm really excited about this next challenge - but this weekend is rough b/c i have family in town, so it's hard to make it to the gym...

but I PROMISE i'll do good once the week starts and get in an hour each day!

Congrats to everyone on your extra hard work this week - whether or not we lost, we all did our best and we can keep this up!!!!
