Hey There Girl!

Sorry for not posting hun, I have been sick as a dog but I am better now. It is very sweet of you to be concerned about my food intake. It at times does seem low, but somedays I flux and I eat more or less, depends on what my body tells me. Like when I was sick I ate like a pig, but it was all healthy food. It seems like your coming right along on your way to losing the weight! Don't worry to much about the fries over the weekend hun. I too sorta fell off my wagon over the weekend and had some fried shrimp. That is normal and your doing just fine. :eek:
 
Today I had:

1 bagel with Low fat cream cheese, 1 cup of coffee
1 banana
turkey wrap, wheat thins
watermelon with low fat cottage cheese
soup
strawberries

2 brisk mile walk in the afternoon
2 miles on the treadmill in the evening

Oh yea and hey there team mate! We're going to kick some butt!!!

Have you thought of any names you'd like...so far me, xorie and cannon said we like "Raidor's of the Lost Lard" . Just let us know if you have any other ideas.

tuna sandwich, 1 banana, 1 coke zero
soup
small turkey sandwich

Today I did not get much water intake. I went on a school trip with my daughter, so to avoid trips to the bathroom I had to cut on morning water. Spent about 3 hours running around very active kids (This should count as some exercise). Did weights, 20 minutes on the treadmill, and 15 minutes bike riding.

One thing I really admire about you is the exercise that you do...You give me an example of the goals I can set for myself interms of exercise, so thank you!
 
Your food intake looks great and WOW but are you getting in some miles with the walking!!!! That is excellent!!!

You are already 20% of your way to goal. How awesome!!!! So happy for you.

Hello! Thanks to all for stopping by. I skipped the daily afternoon walk because it was too hot (temperature over 90). I did do 40 minutes on the treadmill in the evening. I had enough water today to make up for yesterday.

This weekend I am planning to do some weights and more cardio. I hope I do not binge.

Ok down to business. Food intake for the day.

1 bagel with egg & cheese
1 banana
2 cups of coffee
Lunch: Honey BBQ chicken salad
Dinner: Chicken salad & potatoes

Lots of H2O
 
Remember Gothika. For every cup of coffee that you drink, you should replace it with water. So if you drink 2 cups of coffee, then 2 cups of water are added to what you already drink. Coffee is a duiretic so it must be replaced. Have a good one....:D
 
Food intake:

English muffin with light cream cheese & coffee
6 inch Subway Tuna sub, some wheat thins
1 low fat ice cream sandwich.

I was too tired today to exercise. I did do weights yesterday and I have been working out for the past 12 days with no off day. So it was time to relax. Hopefully I will have more energy tomorrow.
 
Food intake:

bagel with egg & cheese, coffee
1/2 of a tuna sandwich. some wheat thins
watermelon
roast chicken and cesar salad

lots of H2O

exercise
weights, and 2 miles on the treadmill
 
The last few days I skipped the afternoon walks because it is too hot. Today the temperature was over 100 and it felt like 116 according to the weather report. I heard tomorrow it is going to be higher. I did get some indoor exercise. 2.5 miles on the treadmill.

Well down to business.

1 english muffin, 1 banana,3 cups of coffee(It was a very long day at work :()

1/2 a yogurt

Chiken wrap and wheat thins
1 coke zero

grilled turkey sandwich.
1 skinny cow ice cream

Sorry for not replying to your journal sooner hun, things have been sortof chaotic in my life right now. It seems like your doing great with the food and exercise and I sure as hell cannot blame you for not wanting to walk in 100 degree weather! That is cool that you still got some exercise from your treadmill. Thanks also for writing in my diary, and yes coffee is my weakness too. I also tried to quite but I was worst off when I did not have my caffiene. Hugs see ya later and keep up the good work. :eek:
 
I was 139 lbs this morning (YeY!!!!) :D :D So…. I lost 2 pounds. I finally made it under 140.0. I am going to be away this weekend. I am going away with my hubby for our 5th anniversary. It is the first time away from the kids. I am going to miss them but I need some time away.

Gothika....awesome job. I finally hit my under 140 too, I'm at 138 finally. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa whooooooooooooooooooo :D
