MONDAY

Ok well this is it... My weight now is 12 stone My GOAL Weight is 9 stone (Not to sure what that is in pounds or kilos)
BREAKFAST 3 cups of tea (2 sugars and milk)
1 bottle of water LUNCH 1 cup of tea ( 2 sugars and milk) 2 yoghurts and 2 bananas , 3 cups of water, 2 apples and 2 more cups of water.. DINNER 2 sausages sandwitches with tomato sauce (no butter) 2 cups of water 2 weightwatches strawberry delight bars 3 cups of water and some red grapes... Right now for exercises um 20 situps 20 leg ups (lying on my back and lifting my legs at the same time off the floor) 20 leg lifts (right leg) 20 leg lift (left leg) 20 bum lift .... If you have any other good exercise ideas please let me no. ;)

It depeneds on which area you're trying to lose weight..by the sounds of things it doesnt sound like you eat alot.. and you're weight is perfect..are u male/female..? It all depends..
 
i agree with Eleanor ... it sounds like a pretty light diet ... especially breakfast. There is a reason they call it the most important meal of the day ... it helps get your body going and your metabolism pumping. Also, you can do as much ab work as you want, but unless you do some cardio to get rid of any extra weight, you aren't doing yourself much good. As many have said before me: "you may already have a 6-pack, you just can't see it".
 
Thanks for in advice guys.. It is a real help cus i dont want to be doing some or not doing something if it aint gonna help, so i will take yous up on your advice... I thought i was eating heaps cus it seems that i am eating all the time..... Oh and i am 26 years old , female, and i think i am 5"7 (not to sure if i have mentioned that)

TUESDAY

The main parts i am trying to lose weight in is a typical ladys problem areas.. The abdamin, thighs, hips, and buttocks are the main areas... Well went for a 40 minute walk this morning and here is what i have had to eat so far....
BREAKFAST 1 cup of water, 1 apple, 1 weightwatches cereal bar.
SNACK...2 more weightwatches cereal bars lol, 2 cups of water.
LUNCH...1 weightwatches cereal bar, 2 cornbeef sandwichs (lettece, tomatos) 2 cups of water and grapes..
SNACK... 2 more cornbeef sandwichs (tomato sauce, lettec and tomatos)
and i will up date the dinner menu when the time comes. oh and do yous have any idea of what would be good for breakfast?

Oh and going with what the doctors graph measurements for my weight and height it does say that i am obese 1.
 
Umm..well u cant really go on those meaurments cause you might be obese on the graph buyt look perfectly in proportion.. it just depends.. you might have a high bone density - were as ppl who weigh lighter dont so much.
Your doing well for your walking but if u want to lose weight in a particuular area you are going to have to do more than that.. target different areas - it does help and u will see results as long as u keep it in a pattern :)
 
WEDNESDAY

I went for a 20 minute walk this morning and went for another 30 miniute walk this afternoon.

BREAKFAST 1 weight watches bar
V Drink
2 cups of hot water
Small quiche

LUNCH Small plate of Chicken Chow Mein
4 Cups of Hot water

Snack 2 Cornbeef sandwichs (tomato sauce )
2 Cups of tea ( 2 sugars and milk)

I WILL UP-DATE WHEHN I HAVE HAD DINNER :)

DINNER Roast beef and corn
3 Glass's of water

EXERCISES 20 Situps, 20 leg raises, 20 leg lifts (right leg) and (left leg) 20 Bum lifts...:)
 
THURSDAY

BREAKFAST..Weetbix (2 weetbix , 1 teaspoon sugar, milk)
1 Cup of water

SNACK..... 1 Weightwatches bar
Grapes
1 cup of Water

LUNCH..... Grapes
Fish Fillits and salad
Weightwatches bar (felt like something sweet)
3 cups of water

SNACK. ... Grapes
Another weightwatches bar (mmmm they are so yummy)
3 cups of water.

DINNER... I pretty much just picked the rest of the night, I had about 3 bananas um 2 more weightwathces bars (im addicted) and the rest of the grapes mmmm.

EXERCISES.. 25 situps, 25 leg raises. 25 leg lifts (right leg) 25 leg lifts (left leg) 25 bum lifts, didnt go for a walk today cus it was raining :(

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST ... 2 Toast with tomatoes on it
1 cuppa tea (2 sugars and milk)
2 cups of water

LUNCH ....... Fish fillets, 2 eggs, lettece, and tomatoes mmmmm
3 cups of water

SNACK ....... 1 Banana
2 cups of water

DINNER ....... Pretty much picked again, but i did have 2 Banana sandwichs, 5 cups of water (Feeling like a water cooler now hahaha) 1 apple

EXERCISES ..... x3 30 minutes walks. 25 leg raises, 25 leg lifts (right leg) 25 leg lifts (left leg) 25 bum lifts, :p

SATURDAY

BREAKFAST .... 1 apple, bottle of water

SNACK ....... 1 pie
2 weightwatches bars
1 banana
bottle of water

LUNCH ........ Snitzel, lettece and 2 eggs
4 cups of water

SNACK ....... 1 weightwatches bar
1 banana 2 cups of water
1 cup of tea (2 sugars and milk)

Will up date later lol

EXERCISE ..... 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTE WALK, 25 Situps, 25 leg raises, 25 leg lifts (right leg) 25 leg lifts (left lifts) 25 bum lifts

SUNDAY

BREAKFAST.... bottle of water

SNACK........ 2 weightwatchers bars
1 Banana
coffee (2 sugars and milk)
2 Cups of water

LUNCH........ Cheerios (sausages) , Spagetti
Cup of water

SNACK........ 2 Small pieces of sponge cake
8 pieces of chocolate :(
2 Snall cups of ice cream :(

Dinner....... I had some more Cheerios (sausages) and spagetti

Went for a 1 hour and a half walk, 25 leg raises, 25 leg lifts, 25 leg lifts (right leg) 25 leg lifts (left leg), 25 bum lifts.....

Wow Gizza...you are doing great!!!

Keep it up!!

Great idea walking with the Kids instead of taking the car! And the rest of your exercises seem to be targeting my problem area...I should write down your routine and start it.
 
Try stairs/uphills alot of the time. but your walking is doing really good. wish i could do that. are u feeling better/noticing the difference?
 
Thanks for the ideas guys and words of encouragement. yea i am noticing the difference even my friends and family are too :), Well i weighed myself today and I had lost a stone :) I was 12 stone but now i am 11 Stone (not to sure what that is in kilos or poounds) YIPPIE ..... Every chance i get i try and walk, but the weather has gone yukky and the kids are home for school holidays SO lets see if i can keep the weight off :(, Mind you it has taken me ages to loose the weight so the last thing i want to do it put it back on hehehhe... Go hard guys you can do!!!!!
