MONDAY
Ok well this is it... My weight now is 12 stone My GOAL Weight is 9 stone (Not to sure what that is in pounds or kilos)
BREAKFAST 3 cups of tea (2 sugars and milk)
1 bottle of water LUNCH 1 cup of tea ( 2 sugars and milk) 2 yoghurts and 2 bananas , 3 cups of water, 2 apples and 2 more cups of water.. DINNER 2 sausages sandwitches with tomato sauce (no butter) 2 cups of water 2 weightwatches strawberry delight bars 3 cups of water and some red grapes... Right now for exercises um 20 situps 20 leg ups (lying on my back and lifting my legs at the same time off the floor) 20 leg lifts (right leg) 20 leg lift (left leg) 20 bum lift .... If you have any other good exercise ideas please let me no.
