But that's just completely idiotic.
The whole point of minority rights is to give minorities rights that the majority already has ... not to take away the rights of the majority.
and here lies the problem with this country.

I can't speak for all bis, but I don't really interpret gender. I just see beautiful bodies. They have the same effect on me whether they are male or female. It's more of a sensual thing than a raw sexual thing.
I've figured out over the years that my male/female split is about 80/20. I definitely prefer men most of the time, but every now and then I'll see a woman that floats my boat and she'll consume my thoughts 24/7. It's quite adolescent ...

Definitely my life. But definitely not my choice. There have been many, many times in my life that I wished I could be normal, but the bottom line is I can't change what I am and what I'm attracted to.
And if you think it's hard being gay (I'm not saying you're gay!), you should try being bi. We're too straight for gays, and too gay for straights. We really don't fit in anywhere.

It's pretty hard hooking up with anybody nowadays. The way our society is nowadays makes it really tough to connect properly with people. You know, in a way where a really good relationship could actually develop over time.
How many times have you really connected with somebody? Not just on a physical level but mentally/emotionally too? It hardly ever happens. And I often feel like I'm in a sea of people, but I don't know anybody anymore (other than my friends). Even though our population is increasing, as a society, I believe we've become far more isolated and removed ...
