June 2: 1000 yard pool swim in 21:00. I do my first 100 in 1:35 - 1:40 and slow down to 2:00 / 100y thereafter. I think this reflects that I have to continue to work on my muscular endurance and that my form is halfway decent.You've come a long way baby! Good job! How much rest are you taking on those? Manipulating the rest can make a big difference in stepping it up a notch and consistently coming in on 1:35 or faster in no time at all.
