GT, here are my goals:
4 month goals: prepare for Olympic length triathlon in Las Vegas in October. This will require me to swim, run and bike at least twice (preferably more) per week each event. I need to put in at least one 5 - 6 mile run, one 25 mile ride and one 1 mile swim each week as these are the Olympic length distances. Ideally, I would like to find time and energy to do 3 miles swimming, 100 miles on the bike and 20 miles running per week.
I would like to continue working on my bench press, deadlift, bent over rows, squat, and pullups but am willing to sacrifice them to get in "triathlete" shape. So, weights at this time are a goal that I cannot promise.
