FF'in Implementation - Let's Throw

UPDATE:
taking a second day of rest.,.,,,,,,

I had a calf cramp last night- due to the launching element- my nutrition is solid, and I understand endurance athletics, but this "edxplosion" stuff is new.

my obliques are so sore a deep breath almost makes me fail.

It is amazing to m that I coul dgo 12 hours full on, and then give me a 24 lb stone to throw and it KICKS MY BUTAY!

wow!!!!

anyhow,.,,,,
I have also learned that in the "games" we do all events. Sort of like a "decathalon" but all throwing. I really have my work cut out for me.

GREAT news is that a lady I am training is a sewer.... so--- my kilt is going to be made by her.

that is all for today...

OH- shoot... just since I said I am taking the day off I will do this:

10 pull ups
10 chins ups
5 handlstands
and 50 pushups

Sweat Dai8ly!

One of the problems with the way you are throwing the hammer is you keep your body upright. Think of a clock and counter balancing. When the hammer is at 10, your right knee would be about 5. It'd also help if you rotated the shoulder and pull on the hammer.

Points for creative making of implements. :)

HA! No way! We don't associate with a "has-been" who's abandoned the circle! You are dead to us now. :D

In all honesty I have to give you major props for your creativity in this new venture. Let us know when your little mid-life athletic crisis is over and then maybe we'll let you back in:)

Don't pull a muscle ;)
