FF'in Implementation - Let's Throw

OK--- I am back, new adventure time.

quick intro--- I came here a few years back as an injured skydiver and went from broken and over 200 llbs to this:
a 179 lbs skinny endurance athlete... holding a kitty! hahaha



a 12 hour Ironman 140.6

Well, I am bored with Swim/Bike/Run now..... At my last event I got out of the water and felt fine with it.

TIME FOR THE OTHER EXTREME- from this advanst in dumb extreme athlete

SO-- Highland Games here I come. I will compete in the Scottish Heavy Games.

and here is my first Implement---


LOL!!! BUT-- even tho m y coach has told me technique was wrong, I can sling this thing a house and a half down he street... LOL!!

SO--- here we go

Starting stats
194 lbs or so- abs still showing (top 4 ;)
working construction
muscle bound
headed for the weight pile

I do a 3 spins and sling it over my shoulder for distance.

make dang sure to let go, or it will ripyer arms off.

I went from 150 shoes, 100 shorts, 1000 bike, 15 goggles, 150 dollar glasses to using road debre for training!


how cool is that!

Right before each toss, you should start off by saying: "Hey Yall, hold my beer and watch this..."

dang! my abs are ripped this morning.... I did ten throws in each side yesterday... ended up breaking my stick off the cone, so have to fix it this morning... then I am going toi get some stones to throw.



I will work on more heighth...

I have some video but not sure how to get it from my phone, or camera to here.

and here is implement #2-- 19 lb hammer throw. the two weights are 16 and 22, so I made one in the middle to train with for a while.

then practiced handstands and ran 3 miles, and rode about 15 on mountain bike.

and I am very sore today. - gotta love it! EXPLOSIVE POWER is great!

U crack me up dude. It's so awesome that you find something else to entertain your fitness need once you lose interest in your current endeavor. So many people just say hey, I'm done, then turn into lazy POS's. Not you, you are the king! I'll have to follow this one and see how it turns out! Keep up the good work and creativity. Cya
