Hi ! I am 5'8 and 151 pounds. I guess I am 10-15 lbs overweight and it is all wrapped around my stomach !!! I have been in the gym for 8 weeks 6 days a week 1.5 hrs a day. I have yet to lose a pound and my stomach is still huge !!!! Any tips ??
First week weigh-in and I'm down 3.4lbs, woo hoo! Half way there to see those 7lbs gone for the month and within stricking distance of my Weight Watcher's goal. This loss also put me at over 20% of my bodyweight lost.
Congratulations to all those who've lost so far this month.
Unfortunately today I weighed in a bit higher (124.1) but I'm keeping my BL challenge weight b/c it makes me happy . Hopefully I wont end up showing an increase next week b/c of that!
Looks like everyone's doing well so far and showing some losses! Good job everyone, keep up the good work!
V - It is great that you have lost 20% of your bodyweight. That is a really special milestone.
goetzit - the weight generally comes off where it wants to first so when you do lose weight - it could come off anywhere. I had a lot of weight come off my left leg long before any came off my right leg. They looked very silly for several months - but it evened up in the end. I am sure that if you keep being sensible with eating a healthy balanced diet which is not too high calorie and you continue exercising your weight loss will happen. Check your calories.
