Welcome to the February challenge. Same principle as January, just lose what you want, post when you want. Aim for 7lbs as a guide. Together we can make it happen.

Anyone can join at any time. Just post the earliest weight in the month that you have, whenever you want to join.

2/1/2008 147lbs (I think its a fluke as its 3lbs lower than 1/31 but we shall see!)

boy if I could loose 7lbs in february I would be down to 140lbs which is within my goal range, I havent been 140lbs since I got married. WOW, this would be fantastic.
 
I'm in, although my losses thus far are not that good. It says 9 lbs for January, but most of the first few lbs were water weight. Since then it has been slow. But I'll give it a shot.

Current: 176
February 6 - 174lbs
February 25 - 172 lbs.
February 29 - 172 lbs


TOTAL FOR FEBRUARY: 4 lbs.
Hey it was still better than last month.


If I lose 7 lbs I'll be at 169. I would do a happy dance and have a party.

I'd love to lose 7lbs this month. That would put me in the 130's and within single digits away from my Weight Watcher's goal.

Hey! I am pretty new here but I would love to join! My weight right now is 191 (Feb. 1. 2008)! Good luck everyone! I know we can do this :)
 
I think I may actually be gaining weight. :banghead:

But, I am 209.4 lbs as of today. I expect to be 196'ish by the end of the month (as my current weight is about 4 lbs above projected). If I'm not I may become angry. :flame:

Im in! I am at 177.5 right now so 7 pounds would put be at 170.5 although I would like to be at 169 by the end of February.

[Focus] - I seem to be gaining weight currently too! These things happen to us all. All we can do is keep firm control of our food and plenty of exercise. The weight loss comes when it is ready to.

It would be great to hit that mark because that's where I was when I went off the wagon again. So if I hit that it's the point where I can keep going with my dream. 130 baby!
 
My weight has been dropping each week since the beginning of the year. I would love to lose AT LEAST 7 pounds in February!

So I'm in too!

Current weight: 182 pounds (ugh)
 
I really want to be at 170 by the month's end. I have been in the 180's forever. It would be nice to finally get into the 170s.
