Hey there everyone!!
Wow what a week!! I can't believe it's already Thursday!!!!! Well I have to tell you that I'm so proud of all the teams...especially the F.B.'s!!! Von, I still don't see anything from you...how's it all going!?!?! I'm happy to say that for the most part I'm eating pretty good... I haven't had any chocolate, cakes, or fast food!!! :D These are big accomplishments for me, even though it seems like nothing, and because of my accomplishment I also haven't purged since before the challenge. So both these things are pretty big for me!! The only thing that I'm finding weird is that I'm SOOO tired, I can't believe it. I wonder what my problem is? This week I've only gotten up ONCE before work to get to the gym!!:( I've been going, but it's been after work, in the evening. Tomorrow I REALLY need to get moving sooner. That will be my morning goal. Oh ya, I've also taken up drinking HEAPS more water. I just love feeling good about what I'm doing, you know!!!

in other news... I'm sorry Fat Blasters. I ate at a party. :( I ate alot. Woe. TO make up for it though I walked 5.1km after I ate though as repentence. I plan to dance for an hour or so later... If I can still move. My feet are sore with blisters... ow. this is what I get for walking with bad shoes (and eating 2000 some calories!) :(
 
Hey I.C. you know eating at a party isn't bad, you can eat even a lot at a party and it doesn't have to be bad... however, I guess seeing as you feel you need to repent, I assume you ate the yummy party food eh? Well, if you're repentant and willing to walk and dance we'll forgive you!!!:D Good for you being motivated enough to work it off!! Everythings still the same over on this end. As a snack at work today, I ate 3 baby peppers. I've REALLY wanted sweet lately so I made chicken waldorf salad with Splenda and cinnamon. Yum yum!! I think I only got to the gym 3 days this week though. I don't know what the problem is except that I'm sooo tired these days. I think I'm gonna have to go for a nap right away!! Anyway, hope everyone's doing well.

As long as you're doing your best, that's all anyone can ask! In only 2 weeks I think even if you don't lose anything more, it's still great. I'm not sure how I'll be doing tomorrow, the last couple days I've just felt SICK. Tired, dizzy and headachy...not really wanting to do ANYTHING but lay on the couch!! :( Just throwing a load of wash in seemed like a chore! Anyway, you know if you just keep up what you're doing it will work, wether it's during the challenge or not isn't so important!!:)
 
Well IC, I think I may have let us down in a big way. Its possible I could have as much as a 7 pound gain. Yikes, I don't even want to think about it.

had a terrible week....super compulsive.....binged cause I'm stressed gained 3.5 pounds - the worst in months....sorry
 
Well I'm at 450.0 pounds exactly. That puts me up 0.9 pounds and whipes out a spectacular previous week, but it's not horrible. I can regain what I added in the next week to two. I won't move my tickers until Friday and hopefully, it'll be in the right direction. I'm sorry for not helping our team more. If there is a rematch. I am definitely up for it.
